Hotel Spring Break Policy:
While this hotel strongly discourages spring breakers, it cannot guarantee a spring-break-free environment.

Student & Youth Policy:
• Students/Youth Groups (ages 18 to 24) traveling without an adult, are not permitted at this hotel. 
• Upon check in, passengers will be required to purchase a spring break insurance policy in the amount of $27.00 USD. (This amount is subject to change.)
• Policy is mandatory, per person and non refundable.

Oasis Runaway Program

Guests staying at any Oasis Hotel or Resort in Mexico on the All Inclusive basis will be able to visit and enjoy the other Oasis resorts for the day, having access to all food and beverage outlets and resort facilities at the same category level as booked.


The ID system will be based on color coded wrist bands.  Guests staying on a Grand or a Sens category will be able to visit any other property as described above.  Guests in an Oasis category will only have access to Oasis category amenities at the other properties without charge.  (Fee may apply for some live entertainment)


In an effort to maximize comfort for the guests participating in the Oasis Runaway program need to visit the Oasis Plus (concierge desk) to make arrangements one day prior to visiting any other Oasis Resorts.


The Guest Services Desk is able to arrange transportation, however the cost of the transportation is not included.
This program will not be available at the Oasis Cancun or Grand Oasis Cancun Feb 18, 2013 - Apr 3, 2013.
