    3. Original (certified) of prenuptial health certificates. with blood type, venereal disease (including syphilis and HIV) and blood type (RH) dated no more than 15 days of the civil ceremony performed at a Mexican Lab Facility.
    4. Original passports and copies for both parties.
    5. Should either party be divorced or widowed, copies of each accrediting document.
    6. Original and copy of each witnesses official identification featuring age, address, nationality and parent’s nationality.
