Palace Resorts guarantees no less than 3 hours of nanny service for up to 2 children per room per day as long as scheduling requests is made at least 24 hours prior to service.  Specific scheduling requests and times will be honored based on availability at the time of reservations.  Reservations must be made directly at the resort upon check in.  Any additional hours /children will incur additional charges payable directly to the resort. The complimentary nanny services include the care of 2 children 2-17 years old.  The nanny service has no cash value and may not be refunded if unused or exchanged for other services.  Nanny services are non-transferable to any other Palace guest.  Nanny services are provided by Cancun Nanny Service.  Parents will be required to sign a Cancun Nanny Service standard release form and will be required to comply with Cancun Nanny Services' terms and conditions.
