The resort credit is valid for the following:

• Golf, Spa/Beauty Salon: Resort Credit applies towards early, green, twilight, and junior fees (exclude all other fees), and shared cart.  Additional services may be available at the golf courses which may not be applicable towards this promotion.  Resort Credit is not applicable for clubs, shoe rental, or products at pro shop, beauty salon, and spa. Some restrictions apply.
  Full resort credit may not be used towards Spa or Golf.

• Wedding Collections: Wedding dates and packages are subject to availability.  Resort Credit is redeemable towards the purchase of a Precious Wedding. Resort Credit cannot be applied towards optional services or extras. 3 to 4 nights stays may use entire resort credit for weddings. For guests staying 5 or more nights maximum amount to be used is $1,500.

Added-values are per room, per stay, and have no cash value.
A minimum stay of 3 nights will receive up to $500 Resort Credit.
A minimum stay of 4 nights will receive up to $750 Resort Credit.
A minimum stay of 5-8 nights will receive up to $1,500 Resort Credit.
A minimum stay of 9-11 nights will receive up to $2,000 Resort Credit.
A minimum stay of 12 nights or more will receive up to $2,500 Resort Credit.
Credit will not be refunded for unused portion of resort credit.

The resort credit will be subject to 11% taxes and fees.  The taxes and fees will apply only to amount of resort credit utilized by the guests and not to the total amount of resort credit they are entitled to receive. Palace resorts will provide regularly scheduled transportation on a daily basis to all properties located in the Cancun Hotel Zone. This means that Moon Palace guests can visit Cancun Hotel Zone properties including Beach Palace and Sun Palace and guests staying at any of the Cancun Hotel Zone properties also have included transportation to Moon Palace.

• Calls using other phone companies
• Calls to cell phones within Mexico
