Meanwhile a double height wall of liquor bottles is spectacularly backlit by the glittering Las Vegas skyline. The interior offers a contrasting dark intimate mood with billowing fabric panels shimmering in the light. Discreet seating arrangements give guests privacy and comfort. Our bartenders are master mixologists and will create cocktails according to the flavor and sensation you are looking for.

Twist by Pierre Gagnaire - Located on the 23rd floor, this is the only restaurant in the U.S. where you can experience the extraordinary cuisine of three-star Michelin chef Pierre Gagnaire. Celebrated as a pioneer of the fusion movement. he introduces another entirely new concept matching flavors and textures in the most unexpected way. Each dish will delight the senses with the familiarity of classic French cuisine and the modern twist of Pierre Gagnaire.

MOzen Bistro - True to our oriental heritage, MOzen serves a flavor of the east not only on the menu, but in the design and in our sincere and attentive service. Our all-day dining restaurant is a kitchen theater of Pan-Asian and international cuisine with an exhibition noodle bar, rotisserie and grill.

Tea Lounge - We have selected the finest leaves and infusions from around the world to create the perfect Tea Lounge overlooking Las Vegas Boulevard. We provide a tranquil tea service all day, where you can choose an English tea and cupcakes or the delicate oriental flavors of Jasmine. The surroundings are zen and comfortable, the service is sincere, creating a moment of calm to enjoy the delicate refreshments. Our Tea Lounge menu includes a selection of delicious delicacies.

Pool Cafe - Cool off in the desert heat with a refreshing beverage or light snack. Sun, shade and fine service await hotel guests on the 8th Floor pool deck. The menu will include a range of vitality cuisine, exotic fruits, yogurt and granola for early morning, lightly steamed dim sum delicacies and specialty deli offerings throughout the day. Iced drinks, fizzy cocktails and chilled juices refresh between dips in the pool.

    Situated on our 8th floor the pool deck has views over the gleaming heights of CityCenter and service by your attentive pool butler. We have two lap pools, two Jacuzzis, and one plunge pool. All pools are temperature controlled. Accompanied children are welcome and there is a designated quiet area for guests over 21 years.

    Poolside Cabanas
    Our cabanas are available for half-day and full-day rental (fees apply, payable to hotel directly). Up to four guests can relax in private comfort with a complimentary mini bar stocked with non-alcoholic refreshments, fresh fruit, sun care amenities, plush robes and a 42” flat panel television with PS3. Please reserve in advance.
