Hotel Spring Break Policy
At least one guest staying in each room must be 18 years old or older.
The person whose name is on the reservation MUST be present at check in. Persons staying in the room must be registered in the resort and are required to wear armbands. Lost armbands will result in a $100 US charge.
The Sunset Resorts Group charges a security deposit of $300 per room for young adult accommodations. We will accept a credit card imprint but may also require a cash deposit. If there are no damages to your room, it will be returned to you at check out. If after check-in you find damage to your room, report it immediately to the front desk or you could be charged for damage you did not cause. Inspections of your room will be conducted by management prior to your departure from the resort.
