    -Take the ramp South, Exit (State Rd) SR-417-Toll Go straight to S. Access Rd (approx 3mi.) then merge onto Boggy Creek Rd.
    -Take SR-417 south –TOLL turns into Central Florida Greenway (approx 17 miles)
    -Merge onto I-4 West (approx 4 miles) to CR-532, EXIT 58, slight left to ramp to Poinciana/Kissimmee
    -Turn LEFT onto the OSCEOLA POLK LINE RD/CR-532 E
    -Turn RIGHT onto LAKE WILSON RD/CR-545 – then immediately RIGHT into Publix shopping plaza
    -The Majestic Villa Services and North American Vacation Homes Welcome Centre (look for sign in the office window) Proceed to "Exit Realty" Office Building in Publix Plaza.
    Park in front of the building, back entrance IS NOT open to the public.

    Office hours are 9am to 6pm, Mon-Fri. After hours- use the lock box (code 1983)by the office. Find envelope with your name, leave all other envelopes and ensure the box is securely closed after use. Further instructions are in the envelope. Complete the guest registration form and return to the office the next working day.

The private pool at this property is not heated. Pool heat is available for an additional fee. It is listed with the Features and can be added to your vacation package.  Pool heat supplement is not available for purchase during summer months (June through August).
Minimum of 7 nights required.
All guest names must be listed on the reservation. If there are 9 or more guests, the additional names can be listed in the hotel comments.

Check-in is 4:00 p.m.; Check-out is 11:00 a.m.   Both arrival and departure times are strictly enforced to enable the staff to thoroughly clean.
