  • Current Renovations: Description: Renovation Advisory:
    Effective Apr 16, 2012 the hotel will begin waterproofing and painting the outer part of the building, facing the ocean side. Work will take place Monday - Friday from 8am - 4pm. Depending on the occupancy of the property work may also take place on Saturday's from 8am - 4pm. The project should be completed by the end of July or early August 2012. (subject to change without notice).
    The Molokai Side of the building will be first starting on the 01 stack. It should take about 3 days for 2 stacks, during that time lanai furniture will be removed from the lanai's therefore those units affected will have to go out of order for that time.
