General Policies:
Minimum booking age for all stays is 21, in order to book your vacation, at least one person on the reservation must be 21 or older.
Room taxes included in vacation price.
Mandatory hotel-imposed resort fees apply, payable directly to the hotel.
Resort fee is $25 plus tax per night, except during the season when the Waterpark is open (see below for Waterpark schedule and fee, subject to change).
The resort fee includes the following amenities: unlimited high-speed wireless internet access, admittance to 20,000 square foot athletic club, valet and overnight parking, in-suite coffee daily, newspaper, shuttle service to Arizona Mills mall, local calls,
and long distance access.
While Oasis Water Park is open the resort fee is $40 plus tax and includes all the above and 4 passes to the Water Park. (The waterpark is open weekends-only from September 1 to October 28. Resort fee will be $25 during these dates).
