Minimum Age Restriction:
The minimum age required for check-in purposes is 21 years old. This policy remains in effect year-round.
A major credit card and photo I.D. is required upon check-in to cover phone or incidental charges. The hotel will place an authorization on the guest’s credit card in the amount of $100 per day based on the number of days the guest is staying. This authorization
is from the credit card’s available credit limit. Once the actual amount of the incidentals is charged, the remainder is then released within 2-10 days.
Guests attending a convention at the hotel may not use this package for their stay. If found attending a convention, guests may be charged directly by the hotel.
Mandatory hotel-imposed fees are currently $17 per night, per room. (Now Until April 30, 2013) Mandatory hotel-imposed fee will increase to $20 per night, per room May 1, 2013 - Forward.

There is a mandatory daily fee for Valet Parking. It is currently $23 per day (Now until April 30, 2013) It will increase to $25 per day May 1, 2013 -forward and subject to change without prior notification. Self - Parking is NOT available.
