Hotel Deposit Requirements
A credit card imprint and photo I.D. will be required at check-in for telephone and incidental charges.
Upon check in guests will be asked for a credit card to be used for the purchase of optional services from the resort outlets. All charges will
be billed to their room. Cash will not be accepted at any of the revenue outlets.
In the event that a credit card is unavailable, a cash deposit needs to be left at the Front Desk/Concierge. Travelers Cheques will be treated like cash and therefore can only be used at the front desk. Credit cards will be accepted at all major revenue outlets.
Hotel Spring Break Policy
While this hotel strongly discourages spring breakers, it cannot guarantee a spring-break-free environment.
Non Smoking Policy
All Sandals resorts are non-smoking in all enclosed areas.
Examples are bars, restaurants, lobbies, conference facilities, retail facilities and nightclubs.
Smoking will be permitted in all open areas and designated rooms.
Room taxes and service charges are included in the vacation price.
