Get to the fun so much faster! Simplify your arrival when you use the Walt Disney World® Resort's new Online Check-In Service.
You can begin accessing the Online Check-In Service 10 days prior to your departure date. You will need:
- Your reservation number
- Last name of the primary Guest on the reservation
- Walt Disney World Resort hotel name
- Check-in date
To start the process, click the button below. You will be asked for the following:
- A credit card for any incidental charges (this is optional)
- Your anticipated arrival and departure time
- Names of everyone in your party
- Any room requests (all requests are subject to availability)
- Your home address
- Contact phone number while you are on vacation
Once you arrive at your hotel, you will pick up a welcome folder with your room key at a special Online Check-In Service area in your hotel lobby. Please bring a valid photo ID to pick up your folder and complete your check-in.
