Airport Transfers – Relax and Ride in Comfort
The Lomas Travel representatives will greet you at the airport and provide transportation to your hotel. The airport can be an overwhelming place. Here's what you can expect when you arrive in Cancun, Riviera Maya, or Cozumel:

After you arrive, proceed through Mexican Immigration.

Claim your luggage and clear customs.

Look for your Lomas Travel Destination Representative, as you exit.

Do not stop at the tours information or travel advisory booths, as they may be time share representatives who will ask to see your travel documents and impersonate Lomas Travel Staff.

The Lomas Travel Destination Representatives are clearly identified by their teal shirt, white pants, white tie and the company logo.

Follow directions provided by your representative to board your transportation for your hotel or resort.

Private Nonstop Transfer Add-on: You will be directed to a transfer vehicle and will go on your way! The transfer will not wait for other customers and will go directly to your hotel. (Cancun/Riviera Maya Only)
Nonstop Transfer Add-on: You will be directed to a transfer vehicle. If there are multiple reservations on the same flight going to the same hotel that purchased the non-stop transfers, the transfer vehicle will wait at the airport until all customers arrive. The transfer will not stop at other hotels. (Cancun/Riviera Maya Only)
Roundtrip Transfer (included with any Cancun, Riviera Maya, or Cozumel hotel reservation): You will be directed to a shuttle vehicle which will wait until it is full and may stop at multiple hotels. More information on Transfers

Contact your representative immediately upon arrival at your hotel or resort to confirm your return transfer. At that time you can also reserve Tours and Activities.
