Renovations/Important Information:
Please be advised the Resort will be undergoing renovation, specifically the west entrance to Encore. Construction of a pool and boutique nightclub will be created in its place, known as the Beach Club. The renovation is scheduled to begin in November 2009 and should be complete by June 2010.
Nevada Clean Indoor Air Act
Nevada voters have passed the Nevada Clean Indoor Air Act that prohibits smoking in many indoor public spaces. As a result, the new statute permits smoking in only four areas: smoking designated hotel rooms, gaming areas of the casino floor, retail tobacco shops, and certain stand-alone bars and night clubs where food is not served.
