Nevada Clean Indoor Air Act
Nevada voters have passed the Nevada Clean Indoor Air Act that prohibits smoking in many indoor public spaces. As a result, the new statute permits smoking in only four areas: smoking designated hotel rooms, gaming areas of the casino floor, retail tobacco shops, and certain stand-alone bars and night clubs where food is not served.

Insanity-The Ride - Consists of an arm that extends out 64 feet over the edge of the Tower and will spin passengers at up to 3G's. As the ride spins faster, the riders are propelled up to an angle of 70 degrees. Riders will experience the thrill of being flung over the edge of the Tower and literally facing downward at the City of Las Vegas below. Admission price does apply.
Big Shot - Catapults 16 riders from the 921-foot level up the Tower's mast to a height of 1,081 feet. Traveling at 45 miles per hour, riders experience 4G's as they reach the very top, and feel negative G's on the way down. Admission price does apply.
X Scream - At 866 feet, X Scream is the world's third highest thrill ride. Shaped like a giant teeter-totter, X Scream is an open vehicle that propels riders head-first 27 feet over the edge of the Stratosphere Tower at 30 miles per hour and then dangles them weightlessly above the Strip. During the cool weather months, we spent over $2 million renovating and refurbishing the expansive pool and recreation deck at our Vegas accommodations. We’ve added beautiful tropical plants, a new Café/Bar Menu featuring gourmet salads and sandwiches and specialty cocktails. There are upgraded Cabanas and all new chairs and decking. The pool is more luxurious and inviting than ever before!
