Hotel Cancellation Policies:
Cancellations made inside of 7 to 1 days prior to arrival incur a 2 night penalty and applicable product penalties. (Apr. 1, 2009 - Dec. 22, 2009)

Cancellations made inside of 1 day prior to arrival incur a 3 night penalty and applicable product penalties. (Valid through Dec. 22, 2009) (Apr. 4, 2010 - Dec. 22, 2010)

Cancellations made inside of 7 to 2 days prior to arrival incur a 4 night penalty and applicable product penalties. (Dec. 23, 2009 - Apr. 3, 2010)

Cancellations made inside of 1 days prior to arrival incur a FULL STAY penalty and applicable product penalties. (Dec. 23, 2009 - Apr. 3, 2010)

Cancellations made inside of 14 to 8 days prior to arrival incur a 2 night penalty and applicable product penalties. (Dec. 23, 2009 - Apr. 3, 2010)

Cancellations made inside of 7 to 2 days prior to arrival incur a 2 night penalty and applicable product penalties. (Apr. 4, 2010 - Dec. 22, 2010)

No shows and early departures incur a full stay penalty.
All early departures are considered a Guarantee Reservation and will incur a Full Stay penalty.
Note: In the event that is major situation such as family Member Death, Accidents, Health Conditions or any other special situation, to avoid the penalty this must be authorized by the Sales Department.

Length-of-Stay Policy:
Minimum night stay: 5 nights for arrivals between Dec. 23, 2009 - Jan. 1, 2010.

Hotel Deposit Requirements:
A credit card imprint and photo I.D. will be required at check-in for telephone and incidental charges.

Hotel Convention Restrictions:
Guests attending a convention may not use this package for their stay. If found attending a convention, guests may be charged directly by the hotel.

Hotel Spring Break Policy:
The Hotel does NOT allow Spring Breakers.

***Important Information for our guests***
The Dominican Republic imposes various restrictions each year for Easter. The restrictions usually begin the Thursday prior to Good Friday, and run a few days past Easter Sunday. The following regulations may be enforced:
*Motorized watersports may be banned
*Non-motorized water sports may be limited, or banned
*Alcohol consumption may be restricted (most resorts obtain a special permit which enables them to serve alcohol to nonnative persons during the ban)
*Music may be limited or silenced

These guidelines are currently vague because actual enforcement by the local government does vary greatly from one year to the next. Each year the actual policies are not published by the local authorities until just prior to Easter. These rules are designed for the safety of everyone, as beaches get extremely busy during this period.
