My *Travel Agent* (aka Chat GPT) found our dream holiday! I asked for an all inclusive, luxury, adults only holiday in a hot climate and we got certainly this but so much more from the Hotel El Dorado Maroma! Highlights: - location: on a beautiful soft, sandy long stretch of beach, open to the clear Carribean sea and stunning wildlife (herons, pelicans, coatis) - ambience: the lush greenery of the immaculate gardens, together with the beautiful spaces e.g. resort reception, restaurants, bar, swimming pool, rooms - hotel team: brilliant, professional staff - from room staff (such as Antonia), sports team (especially Mauricio, Jerick), restaurant team (including Jesus, Lucy) - activities: there's so much to choose from every day, I enjoyed the hat painting, aqua aerobics, paddle boarding, kayaking, evening musicians (all amazing!) and Mexican fiesta night - room: we had a beautiful room in vlla 6, overlooking the pool with our own balcony with small pool and lounge area, with large bathroom (jacuzzi, indoor and outdoor showers) - food and drinks: the food is divine and all fresh and a la carte (except on Fiesta night buffets on the beach) and there are plenty of vegetarian options too Top tips: - download the free App on arrival: it's the best way to keep up to date with the daily activities and make your restaurant bookings in advance - do give tips and ideally in Mexican pesos, it's always appreciated (although not expected) - be relaxed about pool and beach loungers - we strolled down most days at 11-12 and always found a lounger available either by the pool or on the beach and staff to set up with towels and parasols

Entertainment
Staying at El Dorado Maroma at the moment and this hotel is amazing. All staff are very helpful and welcoming. This resort means you can do as much or as little as possible. If it's fun and entertainment you want the amazing team of Alex, Mafer, Jerik, Osvaldo, Mauricio and DJ Cris they are on hand for lots of day time activities and night time music.

If you love VB this is the resort for U
An absolutely awesome vacation made special by our Volleyball teammates Mafar the Sweetest, Mauricio "boom" after a good every good spike, osualdo Aka Ricky Martin, Jerik with his never ending smile, Dj Cris and of course Alex who we met 8 years ago at this same resort El Dorado Maroma. Alex 8 years ago you were 1 of a different group of 5 but now you are the Captain of this group . We are so happy you were able to come play with us on 2 days. You put together a great crew. We Love you all.

Five-Star Relaxation with Five-Star People
El Dorado Maroma is absolute paradise. The beach is breathtaking, the resort is peaceful and beautifully maintained, and the overall vibe is perfect for a relaxing adults-only getaway. The food exceeded expectations, and everything felt effortless from start to finish. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the incredible staff — Mafer, Mauricio, Jerik, Osvaldo, and Alex went above and beyond with their warmth, attention, and genuine kindness. They made us feel welcomed, cared for, and completely spoiled. We wouldn’t hesitate to return. This place — and these people — are something special.

Fantastic
It was an amazing time! Staff was VERY friendly. Especially the activity staff : Mafer, Jerik, Alex, Osvaldo, mavrico, and DJ Chris!
