Beautiful resort. Great location. We celebrate our Birthdays here. Many activities to do in the day or evening. Great restaurants. Amazing staff. DJ Jorge is amazing emcee. Great host. Very engaging. Alex is very friendly. Invites us to participate in events. Johansson was great transportation driver..friendly and professional. We will be returning again to see our friends in Punta Cana.

Phenomenal experience and service!
Everyone is so nice and accommodating to our experience! This was a first ever mother/daughter trip for my daughter’s birthday.(my first vacation ever!) I am so happy I chose this destination for my very first vacation experience! Thank you for making it so memorable! 😊

Sep 16, 2026Serious room Privacy Breach, Multiple Service Failures, Misleading Timeshare Experience & an Exhausting
Serious room privacy breach, repeated service failures, managers who ignored our concerns and did very little to help, and an exhausting experience that overshadowed our family celebration. Guests should also be cautious of an employee named Jesus, or any other who may invite you to lunch at a nice restaurant in Bávaro to tour the facilities, when the actual purpose is to present a timeshare offer under misleading pretenses.

Great vacation
Its was located on great location with privet beach. Rooms are clean and specious. Atmosphere was humid.
