Alfredo was our main bartender for the three nights we stayed, and he was wonderful! He always had a smile on his face and was happy to help or give recommendations. He was so kind and welcoming, and his friendly attitude made our stay even better. Thank you, Alfredo, for the excellent service!

Our expirience at Kukulkan
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was excellent, from the beautiful atmosphere to the friendly and attentive staff. A special shout-out to Alfredo, the bartender, who deserves recognition for his outstanding service! He was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive, always making sure we had a great time. His excellent personality and hospitality made every visit to the bar enjoyable. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back!

Excellent
Alonso and Jahir who are apart of the entertainment team did outstanding. They remember the guests by their names and do everything to make your experience special!! The Steakhouse restaurant was an extravagant highlight as well shoutout to the whole team their 💕

I enjoyed my stay here! I unfortunately had an ankle injury and needed a knee scooter to get around and was able to get around with no problem. The staff were amazing. Special shoutout to Alfredo at the Daiquiri bar. He's not only a good bartender but just overall amazing. I would suggest adding more activities in the evening outside of the themed parties but overall a great time.

Amazing Adults only resort
I had a wonderful time here. I stayed in room 159. It was very clean. My only con was when I came in, my room was not ready, but I had a wonderful experience. Alfredo at the daiquiri bar was phenomenal; he made wonderful drinks and gave great drink suggestions and mystery drinks. Following his coworker Darwing when Alfredo wasn’t there he helped make amazing drinks as well.The steakhouse is on my top recommendations: 10 out of 10 highly recommend.
