  Perfect Honeymoon Getaway

  My wife and I came for our honeymoon. This was the first time we came to an all-inclusive resort and it could not have been better. The staff was quick with helping us. Our concierge Monica always asked how we were doing and sent us things to do through the day. Rodrigo helped book our spa appointment and he would talk to us days after the appointment. Alan and Oscar with the entertainment team were also great too. Alan remembered me and my wife’s name the next day after doing the kayak tour with him. Oscar was fun to do the water cycling with, he had a great personality as well. Bernardo was a bartender for us at Barracuda and he was great to talk to and was very generous to give my wife another drink when she didn’t like the first one he gave her. Dinners were great, there were a couple of menu items at restaurants that weren’t explained well so we had to do a lot of googling, but always left with full stomachs. The Rendezvous bar was our favorite to go to after dinners with their high class feelings. Overall this all-inclusive resort set the bar very high for the next one we go to.

  Wonderful Couples Experience

  This is such a lovely resort with a unique jungle like experience. It feels very different than the hotel zone in Cancun; more eco friendly, relaxing, authentic. I will note that mosquitoes are rampant (probably came home with 20+ bites) so load up on bug spray. The staff (Karime, Anthony, Alan, just to name a few) have impeccable attention to detail. We received special deserts, signs, flowers for our anniversary. The Marketplace buffet is quite exceptional for a buffet. Bordeaux was my favorite restaurant, I’m still dreaming about the Chicken Wellington.

  Hard to beat--Excellente

  Secrets delivered a fantastic all inclusive experience. Food, beverage, beach were too notch. Every team member was helpful and pleasant. It would be nice if they didnt ask us to sit through a 2 hour "membership presentation" our first morning. Otherwise Perfecto.

  Exceptional service from the staff throughout the entire property. The beach is absolutely amazing, and the overall atmosphere is incredibly relaxing. The lush foliage, local wildlife, and beautiful surroundings create such a peaceful and immersive experience. The spa was also fantastic and the perfect place to unwind. Overall, a truly wonderful and relaxing stay!

  The A-Team of staff

  My sister, my brother in law, my husband & myself visited this incredible resort from Sept 11-17. We travelled from Cleveland, Ohio. It was literal paradise. Every single member of the staff went above and beyond. I mean EVERY SINGLE ONE. I’ve never felt so important & welcomed somewhere in my entire life! The food was AMAZING!! Our favorite was the buffet at Market Cafe. My sister & I really enjoyed the green juice! The two staff members that stood out to all 4 of us was our turtle tour guides. Adi & Anthony!! They were so engaging & knew what they were talking about & what they were doing. We felt safe the entire time. My sister & I also participated in Adi’s water aerobics class. That was a lot of fun! My husband attended one of Anthony’s Spanish class. There were countless other staff that were amazing as well. Our concierge, Marlo, was also, exceptional! He always made sure we were up to date on all activities for the day and made any dinner reservations. The one thing that stood out to me that they all kept saying was “welcome home” it really did feel that way. THE POOLS ARE INCREDIBLE!! We were at the pools for about 4-6 hrs everyday! We met lots of cool couples from all over the world. We were preferred guests so we got to enjoy lots of cool stuff including the preferred beach area under the tiki umbrellas right in front of the ocean! Can we say heaven? The staff waited on you hand and foot. You rarely ever went without having a drink. Even housekeeping was awesome! We hated leaving!!! My one & only complaint is that it can be confusing trying to find where you are going around the resort. It does take a cpl days to gather your bearings. The signage could be a little better. Other than that, if I could describe what paradise was like, this is how I would describe it as. Thank you to everyone there that made our vacation feel like a little slice of Heaven!!
