*TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Valid for adults only (18 years and up).
2. Clients may choose one of 11 Super Surprise package options.
3. Refer to individual hotel profiles for special inclusions and detailed information.
4. At the time of booking clients will not know which SuperClubs property they will be assigned.
5. Hotel assignments will be advised inside 7 days prior to departure.
6. Bookings made inside 3 business days prior to departure will not know their hotel assignment until they arrive on the island and check-in at the SuperClubs desk
7. Once a hotel is assigned, under no circumstances may a request be made to change the assignment.
8. SuperClubs reserves the right to change hotel assignments at any time up until clients arrive in Jamaica.
9. Inside 7 days prior to departure clients may not change from one Super Surprise package to another Super Surprise package. Clients may, however upgrade to an available SuperClubs hotel.
10. SuperClubs will accept up to 5 bookings for people traveling together on SuperSurprise, SuperSurprise Plus, and SuperSurprise Plus Plus (not a combination). All bookings must be cross-referenced with all of the other people traveling in the party and properly entered in comments under the hotel. If this is not done, SuperClubs cannot guarantee the same property, or rooms next to each other.
11. When booking a hotel-only package be sure to include flight information so the hotel is aware of arrival and departure times.
12. Weddings are not included in SuperSurprise, SuperSurprise Plus, or SuperSurprise Plus Plus.
