"Complete Coverage" is an affordable travel protection plan you can purchase when booking your air/hotel vacation package, which includes all the benefits of our Any Reason Penalty Waiver as well as travel insurance benefits designed and administered by BerkeleyCareSM. You will receive valuable features and services both before and while you travel including 24-hour Worldwide Emergency Assistance Services should you need help when faced with a travel emergency.
Note: You also have the option of purchasing the Any Reason Penalty Waiver separately from the "Complete Coverage" travel protection plan.

How do I choose and purchase each type of coverage option?
"Complete Coverage" will automatically be added to flight and flight + hotel vacation packages reservations (except for hotel-only, Europe and ski vacations) and will be displayed as part of the total price for your reservation. If you do not wish to purchase the "Complete Coverage" add-on feature, just de-select this option before completing your booking.
If you have booked a flight or (charter/value) flight + hotel package and wish to purchase the regular Funjet Vacations’ Penalty Waiver instead of the "Complete Coverage" waiver, just de-select the "Complete Coverage" from your reservation and add on the Funjet Vacations’ Penalty Waiver from the Add-Ons screen before completing your booking.
For Europe and ski vacation flight + hotel reservations, either the Europe Travel Protection Plan or the Funjet Ski/Mountain Protection Plan will automatically be added to your reservation and will show in the total price. If you do not wish to purchase these Protection Plans, just de-select this option before completing your booking.
If you are purchasing a hotel-only vacation, the Hotel-Only Penalty Waiver and optional During Travel coverage will not automatically be added to your booking. If you wish to add this on to your reservation, you must manually select it from the Add-Ons screen before completing your booking.
IMPORTANT NOTE: You can only purchase the above vacation coverage options during the booking process. You cannot add "Complete Coverage," the Hotel-Only Penalty Waiver or the Funjet Vacations’ Penalty Waiver after your reservation has already been made.

How do I cancel my reservation or file a claim?
Please contact the Funjet Vacations’ reservation department directly at 1-888-558-6654 if you need assistance to cancel your reservation. All cancellations must be confirmed by Funjet Vacations' reservations department prior to departure.

Customers who purchase “Complete Coverage” may cancel for any reason at any time prior to departure and all Funjet Vacations, hotel, airline and other ground supplier penalties are waived including non-refundable scheduled airfares provided that they were arranged by Funjet Vacations.
This is a brief description of the insurance benefits and travel services provided. Insurance is underwritten by National Union Fire Insurance Company of Pittsburgh, PA, a Pennsylvania Insurance Company (NAIC #19445), under Policy Series 52735MO, with their principal place of business at 70 Pine Street, New York, NY 10270, and currently authorized to transact business in all states and the District of Columbia. The Policy will contain reductions, limitations, exclusions and termination provisions. Full details of the insurance coverage are contained in the Policy. All coverages may not be available in all states. If there are any conflicts between this document and the Policy, the Policy shall govern in all cases. * Hurricane Benefit Plan is provided by Funjet Vacations and is valid for travel July-October and includes money back for interrupted and unused nights at all hotels and destinations plus Funjet Vacations certificates for a future vacation ($100 per adult, $50 per child for Charter Air/Value Flight vacations and $25 per person for Scheduled Air or Land Only vacations). Vacation certificates are non-transferable and are not redeemable for cash and can be used on any air/hotel vacation using flights/destinations specified on certificate for travel any time (excluding holidays) for one full year from original departure date. Interruption means you are displaced from your hotel room for 24 hours or more due to the result of a category 1 hurricane or higher. Hurricane Plan applies to unused nights or the nights you are displaced if a comparable hotel of equal or greater hotel rating is not provided. “Complete Coverage” and Penalty Waiver does not apply to "no show" or "denied boarding" situations, nor do they waive revision fees. All cancellations must be confirmed by Funjet Vacations' reservations department prior to departure. Please refer to the Funjet Vacations Bill of Rights for additional information.
