    Family Fun in the sun.

    This resort is a second home for us. We love the food, decor, ambiance, entertainment, and overall aesthetic of the resort, but the reason it is a second home is because of the staff that make us feel like family. Every morning we are greeted at The Market for breakfast with a smile from Jessie and Erika. Encarnacion and Lolo take care of our every need with friendliness and warmth. We spend our days at the Legendary pool and are greeted like old friends by Felix, Sergio, and Reese. They provide excellent service and are always happy and willing to make our day relaxing and enjoyable. Also thank you to Diego, Many, and Gonzalo for setting up our chairs, providing us with towels, and helping me improve my Spanish. It was a memorable week because of all the hard work from these individuals and the entire staff.

    Best butlers ever!

    We had a really good time at Hard Rock Cabo San Lucas. The facilities, entertainment, food, the service was excellent but the best was the people. As legendary members we got assigned butlers to Edmond and Chetan, who made us feel like royalty. Some services create friends for life.

    Great stay

    I went to the hard rock hotel with my family and friends on the upgraded plan. It was an absolute blast! Despite being all inclusive the food was amazing, especially the steakhouse. Although the pool shut down early at like 7 every night it was still a fun time. We were assigned a butler as a part of the hard rock royalty package and it was a great experience. Ted Lima was ours and he helped us plan outings, decide on food, book reservations, and even helped bring in a music expert to the Hard Rock studio so me and my friends could play. Speaking of Oscar at the Hard Rock music room was amazing, he helped us record the song cigarette daydreams. It was a blast. Definitely would recommend.
