Asked for a quiet room and assigned a room . At 7:30-11:30 pm a constant stream of returning helicopters flew by creating constant load noise. We usually go to sleep around 8:30 and the noise from many helicopters made it difficult to sleep. After 2 nights we asked to be moved to another room with no helicopter noise. Leaving requested 12 pm checkout and they said fine. Went to our room at 11:30am and key did not work to get in and get our luggage. Forced to go to the check in to redo key to get in the room and leave ( after waiting 25 minutes in line to get in our room). No consideration or credit for extreme inconvenience. Other than these issues mgm was fine.

Our room was horrible. The shower didn’t work. Neither the bathroom sink or bathtub would drain. Bathtub was gurgling even after someone worked on it. Had two queen beds and both mattresses were worn out. Would have been better off staying at Motel 6

MGM for the WIN!
We love staying at MGM! The lazy river is amazing. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The updated rooms are gorgeous. Monorail has convenient transportation.
