There’s a reason why this resort is mentioned by all the good travel agents. From the moment you arrive, there’s an energy and warmth to the property that immediately draws you in. The views are incredible, the vibe is effortless, and the intimate feel of the hotel makes the entire experience feel personal rather than like you’re at a massive resort. What really brings it all together, though, is the hospitality. The staff are genuinely warm, welcoming, and attentive, creating the kind of atmosphere that makes you feel taken care of throughout your stay. Beautiful views, great energy, excellent hospitality, and a sense of intimacy that’s hard to replicate. It’s easy to understand why this resort gets recommended so often.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Wonderful Anniversary Getaway!
My partner and I stayed at Secrets Cap Cana to celebrate our 6-month anniversary, and we were very pleasantly surprised by the experience. One of the highlights was Bordeaux French Restaurant. The food was excellent, and the duck confit is an absolute must-try—easily one of our favourite meals of the trip. We were also genuinely impressed by the quality of the nightly entertainment, especially the singers. They had beautiful voices and an impressive range, with a great variety of songs spanning Latin, blues, pop, and rock. It made the evenings feel special and gave the resort a really enjoyable atmosphere. Overall, it was a fantastic place to celebrate a special occasion. We left with great memories and would happily return! ❤️🌴

An Amazing Stay at Secrets Cap Cana!
This was our 5th trip to Secrets Cap Cana. We had an absolutely wonderful stay. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by our butler Anibal, a glass of champagne and a cool towel to refresh. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous and meticulously maintained. Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and the perfect place to relax and unwind. What really made our stay special, though, was the incredible staff. Our butler, Anibal, was fantastic! He went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and that we had everything we needed throughout our stay. His attentiveness and friendly service truly made a difference. We also want to give a special shout-out to the amazing pool staff: Esperanza, Santa, Maria, and Glennis. They were always smiling, attentive, and ready to make sure we had a refreshing drink, lunch, and everything we needed while enjoying the pool. Their excellent service made our days at the preferred pool even more enjoyable. And a big thank you to Francisco, the preferred pool bartender, who was wonderful and always made us feel welcome. His great drinks and friendly personality were definitely appreciated. Overall, Secrets Cap Cana was just as amazing as always. The combination of the beautiful room, breathtaking grounds, fantastic service, and genuinely wonderful staff made this a trip we will remember. We would absolutely recommend Secrets Cap Cana! We are already planning our next trip. There are many resorts to choose from, and I’m sure some are just as beautiful as Secrets Cap Cana, but the staff here is what absolutely makes the difference. Thank you to the entire Secrets Cap Cana team for making our vacation so special.

Atmosphere is fantastic, rooms are good Service is excellent. Entertainement team is fantastic! Jua,/spinning, Raisa, Barbie, John Cena 👏👏👏👏👏 The only problem is the sea. It is full of seaweed, and durty. It’s not because they don’t clean, but because that’s just what the area is like- at least during the two weeks we were there.

Secrets Cap Cana
What is truly special about Secrets are the people who work there. Of course the resort is great, with so many options for good food, drinks, activities, pools etc The people are so welcoming, entertaining and genuine. Jenfry DeJesus was our concierge. He is an amazing person, and if you have him as your concierge consider yourselves blessed! He went out of his way to ensure we had s great time. Very grateful to him.
