Judy was so accommodating and sweet. She said hi to us every morning and afternoon and wished us a good day. If we needed something, she got it for us right away. She took the time to learn our names and brought a smile to Our face each day. We missed her on her day off— it didn’t feel the same.

We love the location, views, beach, food and shopping options at Outrigger Waikiki Beach Resort! The staff is always friendly and service is great. However, the rooms and décor are extremely outdated. Based on our oceanfront stays at this property and neighboring islands, the rooms are underwhelming compared to other resorts within the price range. The rooms should be renovated to reflect the cost and other outstanding features at Outrigger Waikiki Beach Resort.

Amazing!
This is by far the Best Hotel/Resort for us. Location is great, rooms and services are amazing. Mae from front desk helped us alot, she gave us the Best room view as well.

Relaxing, Beautiful, Home away from Home
We stay at the Outrigger Waikiki Beach Resort every time we visit Oahu, and honestly, it just keeps getting better. The staff are incredible, the amenities are great, and the location couldn’t be more perfect — everything we love about the island is right there. We recently joined the Platinum Membership, and I can’t believe we didn’t do it sooner. Ricky, the Membership Director, has been amazing to work with. He’s super helpful, quick to respond, and really goes out of his way to make sure everything is taken care of. It’s rare to get that kind of personal attention, and it makes a huge difference. The pool team deserves a shoutout too — Benjamin and Peter are the best. They’re friendly, professional, and just genuinely good people. Seeing them each day always puts us in a good mood. We also spend a lot of time at the Voyager Club, and that crew feels like family now. Fio, Gigi, Sterling, Kevin, and everyone else there always greet us with a smile, remember our names, and catch up on what’s new. They’ve even celebrated holidays with us — it really feels like coming home. And then there’s Pai’s Deli — easily one of our favorite spots on the island. Ivy, Andrew, Novia, Sandra, and Kiki are such a great team. You can tell they love what they do, and it shows in both the food and the service. We end up there every single day, and we always tell other guests they have to check it out. All in all, the Outrigger Waikiki Beach Resort will always be our second home. From the staff who treat us like family to the pool, the beach access, the surfboard rentals, the live music from Duke’s, and the amazing food — it’s just the perfect place. We’re excited to see the renovations coming up and hope everything we love most stays the same. Huge thanks to everyone at the Outrigger Waikiki Beach Resort for making every trip so memorable.
