All is good except lack of CS after
The villa units are amazing, beautiful! Modern, clean , with all the basic needs. You can even rent for additional money, a wagon and portable cribs if needed. The staff was responsive, before and during our stay. The reason for the 4 stars was the lack of care, response, consideration after we left. I left one of my packing cubes ( with all stuff Lululemon and Alo, not cheap!)I realized the day after it was missing. I called left messages, no response. Finally on the 3rd or 4th call someone answered and said they would check with house keeping. No call back. Sent several emails, even a direct email to the company we rented from, nothing. Months later I am still waiting for a call back. lol. I paid 12k for the unit can we at least get a call back! Very disappointing to feel that they just cared about our money before the trip!

A Fantastic Family Retreat at OUTRIGGER Honua Kai
We had an amazing family vacation at OUTRIGGER Honua Kai from October 4–11, renting units 609 and 613 for our group of eight adults. Returning after 10 years, we found both condos spacious and comfortable, with thoughtful extras like beach chairs and boogie boards ready for us. Room 613 was beautifully renovated, and the new vinyl floors were a big upgrade. Unit 609 was also in great condition—maintenance promptly fixed a thermostat issue. The only small downside was the lack of chaise lounges on the balcony. While the rooms themselves were wonderful, the exterior and building felt a bit less polished than before, but overall we had a fantastic stay. Highly recommend for families!

Awesome place!
Amazing place! We loved everything about this, from our gracious early check in, the pleasant always smiling staff, the fast and smooth elevator, the gorgeous lobby, fabulous grounds, the spectacular beach and the comfortable condo with great beds! My complaint is so minor, it barely matters but the layout of the kitchen is odd...eating utensils in a lower cabinet? And leaving one cabinet empty for our food would've been helpful. Otherwise it was just about perfect and we definitely would stay there again!

Best experience ever
We stayed for a week. My grandpa is blind & I also had my toddler w/ me. The room was so easily accessible for being blind he figured out where everything was the second day! The room came with a washer dryer stove microwave fully equipped kitchen vacuum broom literally everything you have at home! The valets and bellman’s were so helpful! There was one guy who happened to work almost every day that we were there his name was John and he was very kind and helpful with all luggage, groceries, loading the car etc. he stuck out because everytime we were leaving or coming back he would always assist my grandpa in and out of the car and grab anything else I needed meanwhile I was able to get my toddler in or out and have that be my only focus which helped me so much. There’s a restaurant by the water dukes and it was pretty good but honestly there’s better places around but it’s nice for convenience if you don’t want to leave the hotel. We stayed in the first tower. The second one has the spa and omggg best massage I ever had. Obviously a little pricey but what do you expect. Pizza paradiso is around the corner and it’s pretty good. We had kabobs so tender. Gyro was pretty good but wasn’t a fan of tatziki. their French fries were delicious! Their dole whip delicious! Their cocktails. You have to try spam mail and a dole whip colada forsure! Toooo die for. Across the street there’s food trucks and everything smells so good definitely check it out! I tried kaya sushi and it was very good. I wish we had gone to the food trucks sooner there’s many options. There’s also like 3 or 4 pools which is super nice so it’s not too crowded and the ones we went to had a couple inches of water on what I called the platform and then you could sit in the water on the edge and then it dropped down to 3 feet but farther down the ‘river’ also what I called it it would go up to 5 1/2 feet. Overall our stay at this resort came out to be $2,000 for the week and I would definitely come back to this same resort for all the GREAT amenities it had and the AMAZING customer service and support you receive from the staff.
