The food was amazing, staff really friendly but I loved the exchange benefits, beacuse I was staying at Fantasia and could visit en enjoy the other 5 of the complex nearby. So many pools, some only for adults...it was great! I went with friends and Family so it was good also for those who had kids

Amazing!!! Everything is perfect. Nice food kind people. I will be back soon………………… Love it Amazing Kind Beautiful place Beautiful beaches Clean and lovely resort!!!!! The kids enjoyed and loved The night entertainment is amazing but the water in the shower is too hot!

carolina, francia, maria, isaury en el bar luis de cocina todo el equipo del snack fantasia muy bueno The staff really nice, friendly and accommodating. Great place to relax with kids. Some of the rooms and amenities are starting to show their age but they are always working on remodeling.

Family resort in paradise
Holiday memories. Once again the bahia principe has delivered. Location wise its perfect, 10/15 minutes from the airport and you're welcomed with a smile in the lobby. We were then quickly checked in and driven to our room (98130). The rooms are spacious with powerful air conditioning, mini bar which is stocked daily and a coffee maker. We only visited the beach a couple of times as we prefer the pool, but as always the beach was spotless. You also have a restaurant there and a bar so you're not having to leave for lunch etc. We visited inky a few of the many restaurants on the resort. The circus restaurant, Japanese, Italian and the Gourmet restaurant. All were lovely and the service was first class. The pool was very clean and lovely and warm. The bar is inside the castle if you want to get your own or you can wait on the staff bringing drinks. A special mention to Dilcia who was constantly around asking if you needed anything and always wearing a smile. Can I also mention the lifeguard William who was brilliant. He genuinely went out of his way to engage with everyone around pool. He was super nice to our daughter and even gave her a big hug on our last day as she was upset about leaving. From start to finish the staff and service was first class. They work tirelessly and always readynfor a chat. I will recommend to anyone I speak too. Overall, great for kids with activities, water park and ice creams. I will be back. Thank-you for everything.

family wedding
Fantastic holiday. We attended for a family wedding. Transport around the hotel was easy to use and very convenient. Ate in different restaurants each night. Something for everyone. Pools clean and warm. Beach was clean, they had men cleaning the seaweed away all the time.
