Paola was amazing with entertainment! She so energetic and uplifting! Benito and Raul were amazing with drinks and services. Fun energetic and quick!! The staff always had smiles and were uplifting. Very attentive and have helped create life long memories for us!

Amazing
Everything was so amazing. Paola, Benito, and Raul were phenomenal. Sal at the preferred club is the best and will make your entire trip! We will definitely be returning to dreams tulum for another trip in the future. Our family and friends had the trip of a lifetime!

Raul is fantastic and makes amazing beverages. Such a great experience and Paola is also amazing and so kind. Such amazing service and beautiful people to spend time with. 12/10 vacation and would love to return when time allows me to. Seriously amazing service.

Very fun dancing activity
Raoul and Victor from the dancing activity team are excellent dancing teachers and great animators. I highly recommend them! We all had a lot of fun learning how to dance on Latin music on the beach enjoying the beautiful ocean view at the same time!

Family vacation Tulum
We enjoyed our time so much at this resort. Our activities were amazing. Victor was a delight and very friendly. We appreciate all the wonderful service. All the staff was so nice and generous. I would recommend this to any family to visit. TY
