  ROYALTON SPLASH VERY BEAUTIFUL PLACE 😍

  Food was good attention very good everyone very professional y friendly the show was great Andy from vibe Team Entertainment was very attentive to my family. Me and my family watch the Michael Jacson Show was very good I loved 😍 it and half the Pirate Show is was very good even we couldn't watch completely and before the Show I didn't now were was the Italian Restaurant Bella Cuchina and Andy from the vibe Team Entertainment bring us over there. He an Excellent person and very caring we need ❤️ more people lime him very attentive and respectful 🙏 and Royalton Splash beautiful place I ❤️ 😍 it.

  Excellent staff, especially Bernard. Very good with everyone, very friendly. Very helpful. Very good especially when I asked about the resort . He had lots of energy, always happy and full or smiles

  Diamond Upgrade Butler Service worth every penny

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A rocky start, but an amazing stay overall – special thanks to Santiago! On arrival at the hotel, we headed straight to the Diamond Club check-in lobby. We received a lovely greeting, although we did have to wait a while for our butler to arrive. Once our butler, Santiago, arrived, he took us to our room, which was located on the third floor with no lift access. Unfortunately, this was a disappointing start to our holiday. The room did not look like the pictures we had seen advertised and, more importantly, the cleanliness was not acceptable. There were issues with both the bedsheets and the bathroom. I explained to Santiago that I wasn’t happy with the room, and he immediately went to see what he could do. We returned to the lobby and unfortunately had to wait around two hours for another room. During this time, we went to the buffet to get something to eat. Eventually, Santiago took us to another room on the first floor in the same area, and thankfully this room was clean and absolutely fine. From that point onwards, everything ran really smoothly and our experience improved massively. I cannot praise our butler, Santiago, enough. He was amazing throughout our entire stay. He arranged our restaurant reservations every day, regularly checked in with us, made sure our room had been cleaned and ensured the minibar was restocked daily. We could contact him through WhatsApp whenever we needed anything, and nothing ever seemed like too much trouble. Travelling as one adult with a 9-year-old child, having this level of support made the holiday so much easier. We booked our excursions through the company based in the hotel lobby and had a great experience. The prices were reasonable and everything was well organised. We did the dolphin experience and Saona Island, and both were amazing. I would definitely recommend them, even when travelling with a 9-year-old. The staff were fantastic and made the experiences really enjoyable. The staff around the Splash pool were also brilliant. Every day they made sure we had everything we needed and were always helpful and attentive. We mainly ate lunch around the Splash pool. For dinner, we often went over to the second hotel where the beach is located. It is around an 8-minute walk through lovely surroundings where you can see plenty of wildlife, or you can take the hotel bus, which takes around two minutes and came roughly every 10 minutes. The second hotel is absolutely stunning. We used the pool there as well as the Diamond Club beach area, which was lovely. The beach was clean and we had no problems with seaweed as the hotel appeared to have measures in place to manage this. We didn’t take part in many of the evening activities because my child tended to go to sleep early, but TUI organised a members’ BBQ one evening, which was definitely another highlight of our stay. The Wi-Fi was excellent across both hotels and we didn’t have any connection issues. The TV system in the room was also really useful, particularly for things such as ordering room service. One morning we needed breakfast extremely early because of an excursion, and Santiago arranged this for us without any problem. In terms of cleanliness, I personally wouldn’t rate the hotel a full 5-star standard at the moment. Although our second room was clean and the cleaners attended every day, there were areas where improvements could be made. However, we could clearly see renovation and upgrade work taking place in rooms and restaurants, so it looks like the hotel is actively improving things. I can imagine once this work is completed, the overall standard will be much higher. Our room was cleaned daily and we were always provided with everything we needed, including fresh towels, shower gel, shower caps and other essentials. The buffet food was average but there was enough variety for everyone to find something to eat. I personally thought the breakfast selection was much better than dinner. The à la carte restaurants are definitely the better option for evening meals, and the steakhouse was our favourite restaurant of the entire stay. We visited just as the summer season was ending, so the resort wasn’t overly busy. We had no problems getting sunbeds around the pool each day, which was a bonus. Overall, despite the disappointing experience with our first room and the long wait to be moved, we had a really enjoyable holiday and felt we received good value for money. Once the room issue was resolved, the service we received was excellent. I would definitely recommend upgrading to the Diamond Club/butler service, particularly when travelling alone with a child. The additional help made a huge difference to our stay. A massive thank you to Santiago, who looked after us from check-in right through to check-out. He genuinely couldn’t do enough for us and made our holiday so much easier and more enjoyable. We would definitely return if we visit the Dominican Republic again. 🇩🇴❤️

  We had a wonderful and memorable stay at the hotel. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the amazing staff who made our vacation special. A special thank you to #Santiago# and Omar, and especially our Butler, who were always helpful, kind, and professional. We truly appreciated their excellent service and attention. I would also like to thank **Ms. Portalatin as concierge **for her kindness and wonderful service. A very special thank you to the ladies from the #Vibe Team and #Kids Club — #Leini, Scarlett, and Johany#. They were friendly, caring, and wonderful with our daughter. They helped make her vacation even more enjoyable. The #Entertainment ## team was excellent! There were always fun activities, great energy, and something enjoyable to do. We also really enjoyed the variety of food. There were many different choices, and we especially enjoyed the fresh fruits and desserts. The hotel also has several swimming pools, which was great because there were different options for relaxing and enjoying the day. Overall, we had a great vacation and created many wonderful memories. Thank you to all the staff for your hard work, kindness, and hospitality. We truly appreciate everything you did for us and hope to come back again! ❤️

  Terrible

  I'm currently staying here. The restaurant in splash is shut so you have to eat at a smaller restaurant in the punta cana resort. This restaurant is simply terrible, the staff are rude and it is like a sweat box, no AC. Additonally the food selection is abysmal and extremely limited for the cost. The hotel itself is nice enough, but this is far from 4/5 stars. If I had known this prior to coming I wouldn't have booked to stay at this hotel.
