We are repeat customers of the Grand Velas resort in Riviera Nayarit, and there is one main reason - the people. Of course, the resort is beautiful, the food is delicious and the drinks are plentiful, but it is the amazing staff that make this resort the truly special place that it is. We have felt like family returning year after year. We can’t thank Luis and his concierge team, or Jose, Jorge, Raymondo, Jorge 2, Gabriel, and the pool team enough for how welcome and special you made us feel, or how well taken care of we were. Thank you Grand Velas, it was hard to leave and we look forward to our return!!

My favorite vacation every year!!! A true vacation for my family!
Best vacation! Been to this resort 6 times and feels like coming home! The staff is amazing! Luis is the best concierge-very attentive and caring. We always request him. Carlos who runs the beach activities could not be nicer and more energetic. He bends over backwards to make sure we all have fun. Jorge, Jose and Raymundo assure that everything around the pool and beach is perfect! Gabriel, Jorge, Nadia and Leo are amazing pool staff who were kind, happy and always there to take care of us. I cannot say enough about grand Velas nyarit. We will be back next year to see old friends and the family we have met there!

Simply Amazing!
How do I describe paradise?! This was our second time back at Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit and it won’t be our last. Everything was beautiful and delicious - the place is simply breathtaking, so relaxing. We were hosted by our wonderful concierge Dulce, who was super responsive and even did a fun surprise to celebrate my birthday. Thanks Grand Velas for another memorable getaway!

A perfect family vacation
Our stay at Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit wss one of the best vacations our multi-generational family has ever shared. Everything was outstanding, from the comfort and decor of the rooms to the delicious food to the perfect setting and weather, and above all the service, which exceeded all expectations and made us feel welcome and valued at every moment. I wish we could have stayed forever. Our concierge, Perla, worked tirelessly to ensure that our trip was perfect, and I hope we can return again soon.

We go every year to Mexico this was our 2nd trip here we will be back for our 3rd year .
Beautiful resort wonderful service . Luis Mateo was my concierge provided excellent service . We will be back in November . I would recommend this for business or family travel . Spa is great you can also go to beach and get a massage there . It's nice not to hug but yet big enough. Food is top of the line 😋
