This was our fourth visit to this resort, and somehow it continues to get better each time. Any suggestions we could make for improvement would be incredibly minor. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly, and the food is consistently delicious and served hot. We also really appreciate that the Unlimited Club representatives are respectful and never overly pushy—they understand and respect the word “no.” This time, we stayed in an oceanfront room, and it was absolutely wonderful. Hearing the waves crashing along the shore each morning and throughout the night made the experience even more relaxing and memorable. One thing to be aware of is that if your main priority is swimming in the ocean, this may not be the right resort for you. The beach is often closed for swimming because the waves frequently create black-flag conditions. However, the pool area more than makes up for it. Juan and Solomon at the pool were especially fantastic and helped make our time there even more enjoyable. We were also able to use the gym every day, and it was always cool, clean, and well maintained. All of the equipment appears to be newer and is in excellent condition. One of the things we appreciate most about this resort is how easy and accessible everything is. The grounds are also kept absolutely immaculate. The resort app is another huge plus. It is fast, efficient, and very easy to use. We ordered room service through the app several times, and our orders were always correct. We also used the app to request maintenance for two very minor issues in our room, and both were resolved within about 20 minutes. We truly cannot say enough good things about this resort. After four visits, it continues to impress us, and we are already looking forward to returning—hopefully within the next six months. One final piece of advice: pack plenty of sunscreen! We thought we had brought more than enough with three cans, but by day six, we were completely out. A single can of sunscreen in the gift shop was $38 USD, so bringing extra from home is definitely worth it!

Amazing. The staff, the experience, the facility- everything was amazing. The staff is engaging, fun and welcoming. Juan Jose, Pablo and Alejandra are incredible staff. The entire staff is tip-top: Fun, great personalities, and professional.

Violin at Oceana
Xavier played the violin at Oceana during dinner and wine while the sunset was setting. Very good violinist, with background track to support music. Talented musician and beautiful evening.

We just wrapped up the most incredible week at Secrets Oceania, and we're still on cloud nine. Huge thanks to our waiter Jesus for phenomenal service at breakfast , and to Cruz for keeping our glasses full at the Berracuda bar. But the real MVP was Henner poolside he suggested a piña colada variation that absolutely blew our minds! This was a bucket-list getaway, and this team made it perfect. We will definitely be back!
