My best friend and I took a trip to Planet Hollywood and it was above and beyond our expectations! We indulged in Star Class and the experience was top notch! Food: 10 /10! So delicious in every single restaurant and the so many options. Each restaurant (including the buffet) has its own theme and specialty. The buffet has wonderful options too. Room: 10 /10! Super spacious. The pillows and beds are extremely comfortable. I love how the bathroom blocks off for extra room and privacy. Resort: 10/10! Absolutely beautiful! So very well kept and plenty of activities for the entire family. Located on the hillside, but not to worry, shuttles run very frequently. The staff: 100/10!!!! The staff was the best part! Everyone was so great and accommodating! A huge shout out to Diana, our Star Class service Manager, she checked on us via text every single day and always made sure we were taken care of during our stay whenever we saw her in the lobby. We also adore the team at the Star Class pool. Joss, Yeraly, Enrique, and Kathy. Top notch service from all of them! They always checked in and made sure our drinks were always filled with top shelf liquor. They even made suggestions for local favorites. Thank you Planet Hollywood! I will return soon! So incredibly grateful for everything you did for my best friend and I. Good vibes, always! 💙🥂

Pleasantly Surprised!
I have to stay I was very pleasantly surprised!! We were at another resort and had a terrible experience and abruptly left. I had to find another resort within minutes and was initially hesitant based on mixed reviews but from the moment we arrived it was amazing. The staff were very friendly, often offering to take our picture. Honestly, even the vendors on the beach were respectful once you politely said no thank you. Drinks were good, entertainment was fun. Food is decent. Listen, I haven’t been to an all inclusive where it’s a Michelin star restaurant but they have lots of choices and it’s above average of other places imo. It also seems they have updated many areas and continuing to update which was nice to see. Two things to note for travelers; this is hilly so you likely want to take the golf carts they offer. Second, I would say it’s more of a party vibe so if that’s not your scene then consider somewhere else.

Star Class Experience - Ariel
Our experience at Planet Hollywood was great. Great service from all staff! Especially from Ariel who was our star class butler. He went above and beyond to make sure our experience was as easy and flawless as possible. He booked many items for us including a mixology class and spa appointments. He even helped me plan a private dinner for my girlfriend on our last night and kept the whole thing a secret so we could surprise her!

A wonderful experience, the hotel amenities were very good, the staff was amazing. There was a young lady by the name of Hillary Siras who was the most excellent server in the buffet restaurant. The only downside I found was the food from the buffet was not the best, there's room for improvement in that area. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Overall it was a delightful experience.
