May 21, 2025Wouldn’t stay here again.
The food was disgusting and I’m not picky. It always arrived cold, smelled funny and tasted bad. If I were to ever go back here, which I won’t. I would definitely lose weight because I wouldn’t be eating. Beds were uncomfortable. You could hear every noise in the room next to us, the walls were paper thin.

Do not go here.
I would not recommend this hotel. The food was not acceptable. The staff at pool were not attentive. The staff ignored our presence most of the time. Room service never got our order correct and the food was horrible. No towels at adult pool. The only nice thing was maid service and thank you to Norma for taking such good care of us.We were traveling with my two older sons. I was a bit confused about the room configuration for beds. The check in person told me it was a king bedroom with a queen bed in living area. I had even called when making reservation to be sure of this. It was a fold out couch which in Mexico is very different and totally uncomfortable and they did not have bedding in advance. When I checked on getting bedding they kept bringing us the wrong items. Also all of the staff at coffee cafe and especially Brenda took very good care of us and they had good food and service, I will never go back. After staying at other Hyatt hotels that were excellent I am dissapointed they have not paid more attention to this hotel.

The staff was super friendly and welcoming. Aldo and Ruffo were amazing with their service of food and drinks. They did their best to accommodate if there was something we couldn’t get. Manuel and jhon were the best entertainers. They got you wanting to play beach volleyball and taste tequila! I will be coming back!

My husband and I traveled to Dreams with our 4 year old, 1 year old and the grandparents. We had a good time and it’s definitely family friendly, especially with the Explorers Club where you can leave your 3 year olds and up for different activities throughout the day. All the ladies at the Explorers Club (Andy, Pao, Nayeli, Sandra, Tomasa and Claudia) did an amazing job and my daughter Kaiya had such a fun time with all of them. I can tell that they enjoy playing with and teaching kids and my daughter wanted to go everyday. She got her nails done there, did kids bungee jumping, camp night and even a yoga class (just to name a few activities). To all the ladies at the Explorers Club - you’re doing a great job with the kids! I also enjoyed the food at the resort. There are quite a few options and of course some restaurants/dishes are better than others. I would say Bordeaux was my favorite. In terms of the drinks at the different bars - they seemed to be inconsistent. For example, some micheladas we ordered were tasty, while others were not good at all. David and Carlos at the swim up bar at the pool were the best bartenders on the resort. The rooms are nothing spectacular but are clean and decently sized. Overall I would go back again with my family!

Dreams Lobby Bar
Dulce, the most beautiful, amazing and professional server at the lobby bar makes a big difference at Dreams. Her smile lights up the atmosphere. The best lemon martini and vodka on the rocks! Jorge and Alejandra are amazing as well! From the moment you arrive to Dreams, the team at the lobby bar makes you feel like you are in paradise.
