  Okay not great

  Overall my trip went well because of the event, a wedding in my family. However, I most likely will never stay at this resort again. The food wasn’t all that great, and some of the staff were not pleasant. There were some nice things about the resort, such as the scenery and they had hookah. But I wouldn’t recommend this resort if you’d really like to see the better parts of St.Lucia

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An Amazing Adults-Only Escape in Saint Lucia Our stay at Royalton Hideaway Saint Lucia was truly a memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, the beautiful Caribbean surroundings, elegant atmosphere, and welcoming staff immediately put us in vacation mode. The adults-only Hideaway section provides a more peaceful and intimate atmosphere, which was exactly what we were looking for. The resort itself is beautiful, with lush grounds, gorgeous ocean views, pools, and a lovely private beach area. The location makes it easy to relax and enjoy the beauty of Saint Lucia without feeling like you have to leave the resort. One of the things we really enjoyed was the variety of dining options. There are several restaurants offering different cuisines, including seafood and grill, Italian, steakhouse, Asian/teppanyaki, Tex-Mex, Caribbean-inspired dishes, and an international buffet. The Dorado restaurant, located right by the beach, was especially enjoyable for taking in the ocean views while dining. The resort also offers a Chef’s Table experience for an additional charge, which is a nice option for a special evening. (Royalton Resorts) The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and having a beautiful Caribbean setting outside your door makes it easy to settle into vacation mode. The resort offers 166 suites and includes amenities such as pools, a spa, fitness activities, water sports, and nightly entertainment. Hideaway guests also have access to the neighboring Royalton Saint Lucia facilities, giving you even more restaurants, bars, pools, and activities to enjoy. (Royalton Resorts) What really made our experience special, however, was the staff and hospitality. There were many moments when employees went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and taken care of. That personal touch is what you remember after the vacation is over. The beach and Caribbean water are beautiful, and there is something very relaxing about spending the day by the water, enjoying a drink, and simply taking in the scenery. The adults-only environment makes it particularly nice for couples looking for a romantic getaway, anniversary trip, honeymoon, or simply some quality time together. Like any large all-inclusive resort, experiences can vary from guest to guest, and recent reviews mention some inconsistencies with service, dining, and room maintenance. At the same time, other recent guests describe excellent service, beautiful surroundings, comfortable rooms, and memorable stays. Royalton Hideaway Saint Lucia is a beautiful choice for an adults-only Caribbean vacation, particularly if you value a gorgeous setting, plenty of dining choices, an all-inclusive experience, and access to a wide range of resort A special thank-you to all the staff members who made our stay feel welcoming and memorable.   Royalton’s upscale/luxury marketing campaign did not match my experience

  I stayed at the Royalton from my daughter’s destination wedding. The bridal party and guests overall were dissatisfied with their experience, for example: 1. Some rooms visibly contained mold and mildew 2. Poor housekeeping, dirty linens on the bed 3. Cockroaches in some rooms 4. Unsafe to the touch electrical issues with the fan in one of the rooms 5. Overcharge for spa services 6. Excessive room service delay 7. Poor staff interaction; some staff was dismissive and rude. 8. Overall our 5-6 night stay at the Royalton did not match their luxury/upscale marketing campaign.

  Thanks to the staff

  We had a wonderful time at the hotel. We met Keisha, who worked on the entertainment team at the Hideaway. She was awesome! While on her day off we saw her at the waterfall and she took the time to call out to us and took pictures for us. She is a lovely young lady! We also met Meivys, who is the supervisor for the entertainment team. She made us feel like family and was so warm and friendly. We also met Vejay who was lovely. Catching up on island food! So fun. Also we met Travis wo was nice. The hotel on the other hand needs a lot of updated. But is the people who makes us feel so welcomed! Thanks Keisha, Meivys, Vejay and Travis. You all made our holiday so special!
