I also want to mention my amazing experience at the restaurant Gusto. I have to give a HUGE thank you to Emilio, Junior, and the entire Gusto staff! ❤️ They went above and beyond to make my birthday special. They surprised me with the most beautiful birthday song, and they even recorded it for me so I could keep the memory forever! 🎂🥹 That thoughtful gesture truly touched my heart. Everyone was so warm, welcoming, attentive, and kind. You could genuinely feel that they cared about making my experience special, and they absolutely succeeded. As someone celebrating her birthday while traveling solo, those little moments meant even more to me. Emilio, Junior, and the entire Gusto team, you helped make my birthday unforgettable, and I am so grateful! Daniel the best Butler
We were a group of 27 ppl and we paid for Star Class oean view. Our group had a few ppl with walking disabilities so we requested buildings 10 and 11 that were near the main evening activities many months before. We eventually got most rooms in those buildings but it was not easy navigating the front desk process, it seems like they are totally dependent on the manager to decide if they are allowed to book the empty rooms, and the manager is on lunch break for many hours. Beyond that we had an excellent time at the resort. It is hilly but the buggies are very frequent. The monkeys on the beach are interesting but you have to properly secure your belongings when leaving the chairs. Our Butler Daniel was absolutely amazing. Because we were a big group we were assigned multiple butlers. The other butlers would tell us that we cannot get seats in a restaurant and Daniel would get us the booking. One day there was noone serving on the beach Star class area, we called another butler who insisted that Star class does not have beach service. We immediately called Daniel who discovered that it was because they were short staffed, He came to do the service himself. Remember, we paid extra for this service because we have several ppl with walking disabilities. If Planet Hollywood management is reading this, everyone in my group, and others that we met, would advise that Daniel be promoted the Manager of the butler service. He seems to understand the service better than others, and does not do his job just for the salary. He is a true ambassador for the Planet Hollywood brand. Please note that we had stayed at Planet hollywood Cancun the previous year, where the service was much better except for the butler service from Daniel. So we had very high expectations from the Planet Hollywood brand.

Maybe a 3 stars, property is advertised as a 5 stars but food is HORRIBLE, cheap looking, bad tasting, horrible showcased. Our vacation was ruined, we had to end our weekend at W conchal. Please do not come here if you think it is a 5 stars hotel. Look at the pictures!!! You can get sick here😱 Customer service? None!!! 90% of employees had no clue what was going on, completed clueless! We wanted to leave early next day and they asked for a chance, we should have left on time, we regret not leaving on time cause this has been the worst experience ever!!!
