Average Stay
I planned a staycation for my husbands birthday. We opted for the royal club Queen Sea View room since the king room wasnt available. We do get free entries to the aquaventure park with royal club rooms. It was nice to have that, folks with kids would highly recommend the royal club rooms. We requested at the reception if its possible to get a king room since its just the two of us but apparently they were full and didnt make any effort to check if its possible to move us. The hotel is beautiful but average in terms of how the room looked for all the hype and the price we payed. I should mention the amenities in the bathroom was great. All the toiletries provided were great and didnt miss home. I felt pampered in every aspect. The let down for me was that they didnt focus much on the room - I at least expected comfortable beds - it hurt to see that a hotel with this stature didnt focus on having comfortable mattresses. We opted bf and dinner meal plan - with this we could dine at their Gastronomy. The buffet is massive Hands down great breakfast options - i am sure anyone can find more than 2 or 3 dishes which you love. The best part was that they had an ice cream bar for buffet which i loved and i saw the kids enjoying it too. Overall you can book your stay for an experience - would i come back? I dont think so - i would rather experience different hotels.

Thanksgiving Trip 2024
We went with family over Thanksgiving. Staff was very friendly and helpful-- a much better experience here than we have had in past. The place could use a nice update to the waterpark and some better food options, for sure. Would be wonderful to get some fresh fish on property and some more local cuisine. Lines for rides were long, and many slides were not open at prime time.

Thank you Butler Brown and team so much!!
One of the most kind and patient staffs a resort could have. Pinnacle of service. Many memories to cherish. Mostly though the butler team made this a sensational trip. We felt like family and they remembered every detail. As a dad I was truly able to relax.

Staff in entire resort horrific!
They keep removing my reviews, but blatant racism is rampant here. We were talked to as sub humans, treated with only disrespect and racist jokes against white people told to my minor child who was also told she dressed too "white". Service terrible everywhere. There were maybe 3 nice people working there. I could go on forever and someone needs to go under cover and capture this so they can be shut down or have the entire staff fired and start over. This was a ridiculously expensive trip and I wouldn't go back for free!

Nickel and Dime
Nice place to stay, however, it's way overpriced and not worth it. If we go back to the Bahamas, we'll probably stay at a different resort and just do a day-pass for the water park. They nickel and dime you for everything. They give you a nice water bottle upon arrival, but make it nearly impossible to find the water refill stations so you end up buying water.
