Located in the Royal Towers, and viewable from the lower level of the Great Hall of Waters, the Ruins Lagoon, filled with ancient Atlantis artifacts, is home to over 20,000 deep reef and pelagic fish. These open-water fish include a variety of tuna, jacks, snappers and spiny lobster. The 2.7 million-gallon exhibits allow for the magnificent display of certain species of fish that are normally impossible or very difficult to view without getting wet.

The hotel is beautiful, staff friendly and efficient, room clean, no noise form outside. Service staff was available when needed.

Had a great time at Atlantis. This was our 8th trip to Atlantis but first time staying at the Royal. Check in was a breeze, Raphellea was very efficient and easily answered our questions. The room view was amazing over the pools and ocean. The hotel is nice but definitely in need of updating. There weee plenty of options for food at the resort, at all different price points. Easy to get around and everyone was friendly. I would stay again.

It’s missing on customer service. Four names we met as employees actually smile and do the job. It’s not rocket science. 👋, how are you doing?” 3 Restiraunts closed for season. Pool closes when thunder . Employees run away and don’t tell you let’s wait and see. The building need an overhaul. If the sand can’t be cleaned off in shower!!! The pressure or valves are all plugged up. Noise in cove on and off due to construction in fancy building. Echos at the ocean . Water temp- fine Water color nice Pool over flow grates can use a pressure washing. Shall I go on. Nickel and dime you.

Would not go again and would not recommend. Old, dirty rooms, construction and drilling noise right outside the rooms, limited dining options - many places closed and/or run out of food, mediocre customer service, uniformed and unaccommodating staff.
