  Amazing Hotel

  We have just spent a week at this hotel in St Lucia, and in summary it’s brilliant. The staff are all good natured and happy to please, food is good with the steak in the speciality restaurants being amazing in both flavour and texture. We had a Harmony Premier room, which was large clean and well equipped. The adults only pools were well staffed and the sun beds comfortable. We did not use the main pool but we did go to paradise beach a few hundred yards up the coast and had a fantastic day with bar and burgers. The range of drinks was good with bar staff making not only cocktails from the menu but to order too. The two times when something was not quick enough the staff worked it and chased before we did. In the case of our check-in our flight was an hour early and our room was not ready but the staff kept us up to date and the manager came and spoke to us and then bought our key. There is regular fogging to keep mosquitoes under control, and we did not get bitten. The only improvements I can think of would be more than two WiFi devices per room, option for sugar free soft drinks in minbar, but that’s really it. It’s probably the best hotel we have been to in a long time, and they are doing so much right, my advice to the hotel is keep doing it as your really hitting the mark at the moment.   Perfect Retreat Week

  We stayed here for 6 days and had an amazing time. There is a perfect beach complete with hammocks, comfortable lounge chairs and cute beach bar where they do a fantastic job of managing any seaweed. The bartender (Jamal) was SO friendly and fun! He even remembered our drinks from the day before. Our beach days were complete with burgers from the delicious burger hut right on the beach. Bobby was so kind and made amazing burgers topped with a special, local sauce. We wished we could have taken one to go on the drive to the airport! The sushi and service with Solange at Silk was unsurpassed. She made dinner an experience with her witty personality and genuineness. We ate here our last night and wish we could have had eaten there every night of our stay. We had breakfast and some lunches at the buffet which had tons of options for food. Rowana and Lester are simply the best and went above and beyond at every meal. They felt like old friends by the end of the trip! Marley, our house keeper did a fantastic job! She was always friendly and had our room immaculate and tidied up beyond expectations. The lazy river was so enjoyable after our hot beach days. They also had a dinner on the pool deck one night with an entertaining show which we thoroughly enjoyed and was beautifully done. Very good overall experience. The only thing we were surprised by was that mini fridge (besides water) and room service was not included in our all inclusive stay. Make sure to bring an insulated cup for drinks!

  Highly Recommend this resort

  We just visited Coconut Bay 10/30-11/3/25. We were sorry we didn't stay longer. We love that it has a couples only and a family side of the resort. Families can play and adults have pools, bars and restaurants to themselves. Tyron and Dee, bartenders at the adult Tiki bar were so much fun and great mixologists. The food at all restaurants was fantastic. We didn't get to eat at the Jerk Hut but everyone said it was great. There are so many options for food. The specialty restaurants were amazing; food and service was impeccable. Be sure to make reservations upon arrival. Caribbean night was amazing. The staff put so much energy into making the outside pool area so beautiful and festive. Again, food was delicious. Many of the excursions were not available on Sat/Sun so we didn't make it off of the resort. So plan your excursions wisely. We would definitely go back. The beach at the resort is very small but they shuttle you, via golf cart, to their offsite beach just a short distance away. We found the resort to be very clean with many options for fun or not. Godfrey in the Adult lounge upstairs was great and our housekeeper Star was the best. Highly recommend this resort for families and/or couples.

  Coconut Bay Bliss

  We were greeted at the airport and shuttled to the hotel, where we were warmly greeted again with smiles , friendly words, and a signature cocktail! And that is how our stay went from beginning to end. Lovely, clean pools (adult and kid friendly, many to choose from), awesome lazy river and fun water slides, plenty of good food featuring island cuisine and delicious beverages. We lacked for nothing! All the staff were so warm and friendly, our stay was perfect!

  Honeymoon trip

  My wife and I came here for our honeymoon. Awesome experience. Service was excellent and top notch. Coconut bay makes sure you feel welcome and part of the family as soon as you step foot on the resort. My wife and I did horseback riding and deep sea fishing which was fantastic. Great experience. The food here is to die for. The teriyaki salmon at the silk one of the best fish I have ever ate. Also the respite cooked up some tuna that we brought back from the deep sea fishing. Chef Micheal did an amazing job preparing/cooking the fish. Best tuna I have ever ate. Shoutout to Tyron at the bar preparing excellent drinks. And the excursion specialists for working with our schedule and working hard to match us with some fantastic excursions. This place has exceeded expectations and will always be a place that I will never forget. My wife and I have already talked about coming back in the future. Thank you to everyone at coconut bay resort that made our stay special.
