  Great property and people were very friendly. The units were clean and comfortable and the grounds were very nice The staff was attentive and the food was incredible! We really enjoyed our time at the property and will come again

  Awesome Anniversary trip

  Our experience was exceptional. The premises were impeccably maintained, and the staff demonstrated consistent helpfulness and professionalism. The condominium itself was aesthetically pleasing, comfortable, and spotless. We enjoyed excellent beverages at the poolside bar and a delightful breakfast at Rain. The on-site grocery store proved to be a valuable amenity. The concierge team assisted us in arranging two snorkeling excursions, one to the Blue Hole and another to Hol Chan/Shark Ray Alley, both of which were highly enjoyable. Furthermore, they facilitated the rental of a golf cart, which significantly enhanced our exploration of the island.

  Amazing!

  This place gets ten stars! The room was stunning, the beds were dreamy and the spacious layout was perfect for a family of four. The big stand out though was absolutely the service . They do laundry for you included, which I didn’t know but I definitely would have packed way lighter because it’s a huge bonus! Daily items you placed in a laundry basket in the room, are returned by evening, washed and folded They had snorkel gear for our kids, kayaks and SU paddle boards for daily use. They arranged cabs for us for trips that were too far for us to utilize our golf cart for, when we went to the bars and restaurants by day two they were addressing all of us by name, high-fiving our kids, and asking how their day was. The most impressive service came at the end of the trip. While at the airport in San Pedro, I realized that I had left two personal electronic device devices in the room, an iPad and a Nintendo switch. I contacted the hotel to let them know, and that I would pay for shipping to have the items sent to us back in the US. 20 minutes later, as we were literally boarding our flight to the mainland a representative from the airline came up with an envelope that contained the two devices, the hotel had driven them down and caught us as we were on the tarmac! They had no obligation whatsoever to do that for us, it was completely our fault those items were left. We had never been to Belize before, but we will definitely book at the beautiful Grand Caribe. We left San Pedro with amazing memories, and this hotel made our trip very special. Highly recommend!

  Awesome resort and great service

  Very nice resort, it’s a real top notch hotel in San Pedro, it has 5 pools for all the specifics areas, the main pool is huge, the front desk team was very friendly and attentive with us (night and morning shift) . The room has everything that you need, plenty of amenities, and housekeeping did a nice decoration, kudos for the team!!! As a constructive criticism, the check out process was slow and the communication with the restaurant wasn’t the best, however I figured that the particular girl who was in charge of our check out was new and she just need more time and experience.

  Great location, lots of space

  This resort is wonderful, and I highly recommend it for families or groups. We stayed in a 3 bed/3 bath condo with kitchen, living room and balcony facing the beach. The check in process was easy and quick. The concierge made our reservations from Belize City to San Pedro, our pickup from the airport, and our golf cart rental. This was our first time in San Pedro and we were all very impressed. The staff was exceptional, very friendly and helpful. The condo comes with daily housekeeping service and that includes doing your laundry. The condo was very spacious. On the main floor were 2 bedrooms and bathrooms, with king size bed in one and two twins that can be converted into a king. One of the main floor bedrooms had a walkout door to the balcony. Upstairs was a king suite with its own bathroom and balcony. The air-conditioning worked very, very well. The kitchen had pots, pans, plates, glasses everything you need to cook while there. We cooked breakfast but ate out for lunch and dinners. We got all the groceries we needed from the convenience shop beside the hotel. We also went to one of the larger grocery stores but everything we needed was at the convenience store.
