    Not worth the cost

    Terrible stay. We booked the Penthouse and arrived around 6:30pm. We had four senior citizens with 2 handicapped parents. No luggage assistance available. No luggage cart to our suitcase, just a small cart given to us. Same at check out at 9am, no luggage service available. Room condition was very poor - carpet dirty, sofa dirty and smelled bad. Hotel condition is quite bad too. We stayed for 2 nights and paid over $800/night but our room was not cleaned or trash picked up. Called front desk when we got back in the evening and they said we have to ask for service. Really!! We have stayed at so many hotels before and they provide room service. Honestly not worth the cost

    We loved it

    We loved the beach right outside the building. It was nice. There were two pools, we went to the back pool and usually there weren’t a lot of kids there. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We ate at the restaurant and the food was very good.

    We will pick this again

    Great family resort, my kids love the pool and the location was perfect to get easy access to food options and store necessities. Friendly staff, clean common areas the only DOWNSIDE will be the restaurant inside of the resort is a little short on options.

    A lovely place to stay!

    A very comfortable, clean and lovely place to stay! The two bedroom condo overlooking the ocean was a great price and we were very pleased. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. It is not a fancy place or a new place, but accommodations and cost definitely made it worth it and it was not over crowded. The beach club food was very good as well. I would go back!

    Great resort, great price

    The resort was wonderful and such a great price. The kids LOVED the pool with the waterfall, cave, and bridge, etc., and the beach equipment rental was really helpful and inexpensive. The food at the beach club was so-so. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely come again!
