The Cocoa beach bar has the best food and the best waitress named Mayelin who treats everyone like family and is the best! We love her!

Coco Beach superhero
Had the best vacation in St. Maarten at the Simpson Bay resort. The staff at the Coco Beach bar were especially hospitable. One super hero in my book was Maylin who always had a smile and a helpful hand. She’s just outstanding!! Thanks for making my stay so much fun and so rewarding.

Best experience ever !
The staff at Simpsonbay resort & Marina the best staff at the coco beach bar . Ziggy the best bartender & Mayelin& laurel , yuleisy,Ruth, Sophia, the best ladies who all take great care of us . If you have never been to SimpsonBay resort and Marina, then you need to come down to the resort. You’re missing out if you don’t come let I’m coming for 40 years.

Mayelin at beach bar
Love this place. The Coco Beach bar by the beach is great. Mayelin is a pleasure to deal with. Always comes by to say hi and see if we need anything.

Nice nice
Best of Simpson Bay Resort= Mayelin at Coco beach bar and Jack (Adrian) at Reservations. Met Mayelin at Simpson's coco bar first time in May, 2025. She was such a pro. It was obvious she has a BIG heart. She is so so good at her job and her face radiates with warmth and gratitute. Fast foward to January, 2026, we are back at Simpson and we were so happy to see Mayelin on the beach again. She is AWESOME. Simply a person with full of positive energy that you need on your vacay. Also, Jack (Adrian) has been the best booking representative at Simpson. He was an expert with the bookings and put his best efforts to accomodate our 3-week stay. We were lucky to have been connected with Jack for the reservation- he made it easy! We've been coming to Simpson Bay Resort for 10 years, and will continue to stay here. A Wonderful resort with consistent exellence.
