Sep 09, 2026Great all inclusive resort! Great Staff! Great location!
While it was a long drive from the airport, I loved the location. The resort was tucked away in a cove that offered natural protection from strong surf. It is close to cities and street party on the Northside. It was low season so the resort was not overly crowded so we had our pick of pool or beach loungers. I stayed in Hideaway Oceanview Diamond Club room. Butlers Garvin and Darnell were excellent, they went above and beyond - they brought me jerk chicken with rice and peas, plantains and onion rings when I didn’t want to leave the beach but wanted lunch; they also decorated my room for my birthday. They treated me daily via WhatsApp to ask if there was anything I needed. I travelled with 10 adult family members, they made sure we had group reservations for dinner each night. The servers and other staff members were always friendly and helpful. A special call out to Sherma, one of the servers at the Hideaway Beach Bar! She kept our drinks refreshed and answered all the questions we asked about life and culture on St Lucia. Kurdisha’s passion fruit drink (Hideaway Pool bartender) was her special blend, recipe unknown to others, and she made it for me whenever I saw her! My only request would be to have more local food and add more flavor to food in themed restaurants. I found the dishes bland, chefs should be empowered to add more island flavor and flare! I loved the food truck jerk chicken and the banana French toast with caramelized bananas from Grazie/ Dorado! Great sunset views and snorkeling by the rocks although you didn’t even need snorkel gear to see schools of fish by the Hideaway Beach Bar! Definitely recommend and I will be returning!

Relaxing Massage
We came to St. Lucia for our 12th wedding Anniversary. We stopped by to get a 50 min couple's massage and it was VERY relaxing! The staff was friendly and the facility gave a tranquile vibe. Sherry-Ann and Winnella did our couple's massage and they managed to get out our stress knots. It was needed and I would recommend. 🥰

This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had. I went to attend a destination wedding. The bellman pulled off in the golf cart before I was all the way on. My mom and I requested 2 beds and got 1 even after I called ahead. This happened to 30 other guests. The food was terrible. They are not friendly at all. It is like the guests are a bother. I want to be clear that I was at the Hideaway and the only great service received was from the restaurant Dorado (Don, Kiesha and Sindy) were outstanding. Everything else is graded a F. 1 star for sure and the 1 star is because of them or else it would be negative stars! Run!

Had an amazing experience while saying at the hotel. Great food, drinks and atmosphere. Shout out to Jessie at the diamond club, he was our butler and embodies what great customer service is. I’m definitely returning!!!!
