Great resort!
Fantastic resort with wonderful staff, great amenities and terrific food. Adult side is fantastic for those without children, family side is great for families. Lots of pools, huge beach, and great sun chasers for lounging by the beach. Fantastic feature is the local vendor fairs on property.

Stranded in Paradise July 2024
We had an amazing time at Coconut Bay Beach Resort. We stayed in Harmony. Our room was cleaned very well each day. We enjoyed the food, entertainment and overall atmosphere of the resort. The staff was so friendly and courteous. From the moment we got off the plane until we departed we were greeted with smiles and high energy. The restaurants were superb. Make sure to make reservations right away to take advantage of this more exclusive dining opportunity. If for whatever reason you are not able to get a reservation go directly to the restaurant and get on a cancelation list for that night. We did this and got in very quickly. The daily pool work outs with Vernon were so fun. We opted for hiring a driver for our excursion so that we could chart our own course. This was a highlight. One of our stops was the Tree Top restaurant. This is a must see and not on any of the advertised tours. You need to make reservations prior to getting to St. Lucia. As our week came to an end, we were notified that our flights were canceled. This was very disheartening to us as we had much to get home for. The staff at Coconut Bay were nothing but compassionate, accommodating and helpful. They went out of their way to assist us. We ended up staying five extra nights because there were no flights out. In the end, it was the St. Lucian people we encountered by way of the staff that left the brightest and most lasting impression

Amazing stay
A Wonderful trip at Coconut Bay. Kerry provided a brilliant atmosphere in the beach bar and some very delicious cocktails. Everyone was so friendly and made our daughter feel very welcome. The staff work so hard to pass guests and we appreciated seeing the polytunnels with Gibson . Many thanks coconut bay !

Reservation Problem spoiled our Vacation
Upon our arrival, we got off to a terrible start and almost canceled our reservation once we started checking in. The Resort only offered a single King-Size bedroom instead of the two Queen Beds that I had reserved. Initially, I was told to use the Sofa. It wasn't a Sofa Bed, just a Sofa, and that remark worsened the situation. No other rooms were offered, and the manager, James, only offered a rollaway bed. I requested a credit or adjustment and was told NO. Since the Resort was prepaid, a late cancelation to find another Resort would cost us the entire amount. We were given a third-floor room that had been recently renovated and a rollaway bed. Since the Resort was renovating several rooms on the third floor, we saw beds stored and stacked in a nearby room, and one bed could have been moved into our room instead of the rollaway bed. To us, it appears that the resort staff didn't care. Despite my room change request, no one on their staff contacted us when a room with two queen beds was available. It was up to me to contact the front desk daily and work with their Reservation department to get a room change. Finally, a room change was made, and we moved ourselves to a room that had not been renovated yet. Later, Security came to the room and asked why we were there. I told him about our experience and suggested that he contact the front desk or resort management. Our main planned activity for the island was to go on snorkeling trips. The resort has their own vendors for excursions. Your Sail and Snorkel excursion stops were to include Jalousie and Anse Chastanet Beaches, which seemed to be the perfect trip for us. Anse Chastanet Beach is the highest-rated snorkel stop on the island, so we were excited about your tour. Jalousie/Sugar Beach was a good snorkel location for beginners. We expected to sail to our second stop Anse Chastanet Beach, but instead, the boat took us to a rocky area on Soufriere Bay to snorkel. This unexpected change was a major disappointment, and it felt like the Resort had misled us. I complained to the Excursion Desk, but they didn't seem to care and suggested that we try other excursions, which added to our frustration.

Holiday to remember
We had a brilliant summer holiday at coconut bay this August. We have 2 sons 10 and 4. My youngest son Jake is non verbal and autistic. We were a little anxious about this trip as it’s the furthest we have been with Jake. Coconut bay and everything it offered made our stay unforgettable. Every member of staff put us at ease and make things easier for us with Jake. We had the concierge splash room and nothing was too much trouble. The pools and lazy river are excellent, the food a good standard especially the Jerk treehouse! We hired a beach cabana for one day which was brilliant and highly recommended. The rum bar is fully stocked as is the fridge in your room.
