  Amazing Holiday

  We had the most amazing time at the Coconut Bay Resort. We have a 4 year old and he loved every moment. We stayed on the Splash side of the resort in a Splash Premium ocean View room. The room was spacious, great views of the lazy river, Atlantic is visible through the trees, and you can just see the sunrise in the morning. Couldn’t ask for more when it comes to the room. Cleaned daily and a lovely towel arrangement and note left, which was a lovely touch. The resort itself was amazing. The resort buffet restaurant had food for all tastes, even our 4 year old who can be very fussy. The restaurant never felt over crowded and the staff were friendly, helpful and always on hand if you needed anything. There are 3 restaurants that you can book (Asian, Caribbean and Italian cuisine). We visited all 3 and highly recommend them. We booked as soon as we arrived at the resort to avoid disappointment, as they get booked up. During the day there is the flip flop beach restaurant and the jerk free house. Both serve great food, and highly recommend trying both out. As well as the main buffet restaurant. The swim up bar was brilliant, never a queue to get a drink. And the cocktails were very tasty. On Fridays there is a foam party on the splash side in the pool. This was lots of fun. Tuesday and Saturdays are themed nights on the pool deck, great atmosphere, food and entertainment. We went to paradise beach 3 or 4 times and swam in the sea. The beach is beautiful and the sea very warm. There was some sea weed, but didn’t bother us. The lazy river is a great addition to the resort and many hours of fun had there. There are two water slides on the resort. Again great fun for kids and adults. Between 11 and 12pm you can go into the kids club with your little one and make use of the splash pad! Great fun. You can stay with them, so no need to sign in. We will definitely return as we had a wonderful holiday, such a fun relaxed resort to stay at. Everyone was so friendly. We were very sad to have to leave. Thank you to everyone at the resort for making our stay so great 😀

  Amazing Time At Coconut Bay

  We loved everything about our stay at Coconut Bay. We travelled with three kids - 6, 3, and 4 months. The staff was amazing and friendly. The kids club was great, both of my older kids really enjoyed it and the staff were lovely and great with kids. The food was excellent, loved all o the fresh coconuts for breakfast and throughout the day. I don't really drink much, but we enjoyed a few Pitons. Beach and pools were awesome. The only thing that didn't quite hit the mark for me was the spa, as it didn't have any amenities that we were offered to use, the prices were American spa +, and the service was very mediocre. Could have just been an off day. I'd probably try it again in the future. We especially liked to see how Coconut Bay was supporting and integrating into the local community. The hotel sponsors local sports teams, donates to local children's organizations etc. They also have an animal rescue on site, where my kids went to feed the baby goats. We will absolutely be back. Probably not the place for you if you like super modern facilities, but we were totally comfortable and the hotel was very clean.

  Awesome experiance.

  This was our second time here. Last year we stayed on the Splash side, this time we stayed at Harmony. The staff is amazing, and the food is great. A special shout out to the concierge, security and maintenance. This place is spotless, even though they were renovating rooms you would never know. If you get a chance go to the beach bar at Harmony. Dillion will take care of you. You don't even have to order after a day or two he already knows what you want and is a warm and kind spirit. If you don't mind 5 or 10 minutes of rain 3 times a day this place is over the top. Cheers to the Coconut Bay Beach staff. We'll be back! Thank you, Donald White Arlington Heights, IL

  We will absolutely be returning to coconut bay! We enjoyed every aspect of our vacation, including the catamaran tour

  Resort was beautiful, staff was very friendly, food was top notch and grounds well maintained!! Toya in the spa was PHENOMENAL on all 3 of my massages, loved her!! Such beautiful culture and history in St Lucia, highly recommend this resort!

  Excellent!

  I cannot say enough good things about Coconut Bay Resort. Our large group was treated like royalty. Every single member of the staff was amazing, friendly, patient, kind, and fun! These are truly wonderful people who just shine at what they do. I have never felt this level of above-and-beyond service on any vacation ever. We will be going back. And we will stay longer next time. Thank you all :) see you next year!
