    Overpriced and Overhyped

I recently stayed at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas and found it to be severely overpriced and overhyped. While the hotel's grandeur and location are appealing, the experience fell short in many areas. My room was outdated, poorly maintained, and lacked cleanliness, with old, worn-out furniture Caesars Palace does not live up to its reputation as a luxury destination. Urgent improvements in room renovations, cleanliness. However, the hotel and restaurants staff were friendly and helfpul.

    Great customer service

After an extremely long day of travel, I was met with amazing service by the front desk. Christine V was not only sweet and patient, but she upgraded my suite as well. My room was very clean and comfortable and was the best way to turn around a stressful day.

    Go somewhere else

Ceasars looks great from the outside but what a rip off. They don’t tell you that there is a fee for just about everything. If you wanted coffee in your room we were told a k cup cost $25!! Don’t get me wrong we can afford it but think some things should be complimentary. They are in the service industry…. If you wanted a refrigerator in your room that is an extra $30. I felt like we were catering to them instead of them catering to us. The sad part is they don’t care. They are gonna make there money The girl who checked us in was absolutely on point. After that it just went downhill. My first time in Vegas. I will go back but will not stay at Ceasars. All the employees looked like they were in a bad mood. The website said heated pool. Nope the pool was closed for the winter. The room was nice. We had a great view. That’s all I’ve got to say about that There is a CVS right across the street if ya wanna get beer water or soda Spend your money elsewhere

    Casino Host review

The room was nice. I was on my Seven Stars Retreat. The assigned Casino Host was rarely available and very slow to answer my texts. I was supposed to have a limo available for a trip to Old Vegas but I could not get ahold of my host in time to use it. It took two days just to get my free play loaded to my card. I voiced my concerns to the host and thats the last time I heard from her.

    My stay in Vagus

We were at Caesars 4 nights our room was serviced once, I had to call for clean towels. I have traveled extensively and hotels always provide coffee in your room, at Caesars you had to purchase the pods to make your coffee. For the price you pay for the room I would think coffee and bottled water would be complimentary. I also do not understand why they don’t have personal use refrigerator in the rooms, they are available to rent. Caesars doesn’t allow uber or lyft to pick you up at the front door. You have to walk to a back parking garage, this was a sketchy area; I didn’t feel safe.
