Grand Palladium Jamaica review.
We were met by bus at airport that we have arranged during our booking. Took about an hour to get to the resort from airport. Room was upgraded to a suite for no extra charge. We were thrilled with the size and cleanless of the suite. Next day we experienced door lock issue, maintanence replaced batteries but issue returned next day. The third time they took care of the lock problem. Day five we had a toilet flushing problem that was taken care of the same day. Staff was very nice. Your shuttle guy Chukky (Alieko) was excellent service. At Sunset cove beach your main bar guy Karaka and waitress Ms. Kadeen were excellent service.

10/10 Experience. This was my second time coming to Grand Palladium and having a great time! I brought my significant other for his first time in Jamaica and he loved everything the resort had to offer.

Stephen miles the bartender at sports bar is the best, the tom Collins drink was amazing, Always on time, never late and was never thirsty when am the bar always keeps my cup filled,also shout out to Jevaughn Clarke his assistant was always helpful thanks to the grand palladium bar team!I Will be back!
