With the fast pass and proximity to the park, it’s a no-brainer. The property is so nice- so easy to walk for the water taxi or walk to Citywalk/Universal. We took the opposite path too and went through Sapphire Falls staircase and lobby (so nice!) and went to rooftop Bar 17 at Aventura hotel. I did not realize that the walkway is a garden walkway- is so beautiful. Huge zero-entry pool. Valet service, front desk- everyone was nice and personable. Rooms are spacious, large shower, comfy beds. Wonderful stay, highly recommend!

Amazing luxury tropical resort!
This hotel makes you feel like you were instantly transported to a luxury tropical oasis. The entrance, lobby and pool area are stunning. I brought my three teenagers with me and it was so nice seeing how in awe of the hotel’s beauty they were, because they’re hard to impress. The Tuk Tuk market sells Starbucks coffee which they loved. The sushi restaurant has amazing sushi and it’s so beautiful that we couldn’t stop taking pictures. If you want a special non-alcoholic drink there I highly recommend the Royal Orchid. It was delicious. The breakfast buffet was expensive, but it was worth it because there was a really wide variety of options and made to order omelets. The hotel also includes free express passes at Universal, which was a great perk and the ferry to get to and from the park was so convenient. We could also walk to the park entrance in about 7 minutes which was nice.

Cool place for family and business trips
Hotel has Clean rooms , friendly staff,located close to the universal park and boardwalk with free boat ride to universal. Great pool (very large ) lots of restaurants on premise and quick ride to main other attractions. Was there on a business trip huge conference rooms

Great hotel for Universal studios visit
Wonderful hotel and staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Luggage is brought to your room and parking is available for a fee on site. You can pay for resort items and meals charged to your room. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Multiple dining options onsite.

Feb 26, 2025Great location but too noisy for me.
No complaints with the room it was tidy, well sized and comfortable. Shower was a great size and had very good shower pressure. Hotel is well maintained, nice pool and staff friendly. However, I did have my room allocation changed 3 times before I even got in it. My main issue with the hotel is the noise. Hallways are noisy with zero consideration from other guests at any time of day. You can hear everyone going past and the room next door might as well have been staying with me. The volume from that rooms guests was unbelievable. Kids being left to open and close doors so constant banging. Trying to open the adjoining door to my room so making even more noise if that was even possible. People speaking unbelievably loud which to me was the equivalent of shouting only it wasn't. If you don't want to be awake from 7am stay elsewhere. It's enough for me not to book again. It was awful. I didn't have the same experience when I stayed at the Hard Rock, so I wouldn't book this hotel again, sadly.
