As soon as we arrived (even at the airport) all the staff was pushing us to do presentation and sign up for their vacation club, which we said several times that we were not interested. Pool is cold, hot tub is cold and for some reason adults only in a kids friendly hotel. Food is just okay, but drinks are terrible. The only positive thing is the hotel room with a nice view. Unfortunately we had the worst weather all week (high wind, cloudy and rain) even the locals said its cold. There is nothing you can do, we still have two more days here and I’m regretting my purchase. Never again.

The level of service that is provided and expected of the staff from management is top notch. The food and views at Blue Water Grill is amazing and Carlos is the nighttime bartender there and he will make you some of the best drinks you have ever had. Rodrigo and Alredo run the food and beverage department, and I swear they are all over the place making sure all the guests are happy. Lastly, we stayed in one of the preferred rooms, so we had the pleasure of working with Omar he is super easy to work with and provided excellent service. I want to note this is a kids resort with so many things for the kids to do that you never even notice. We were able to enjoy the same level of relaxation that we would have at an adult's only resort. -Brock & Brooke

View from the top!
Amazing balcony. Watched every sunrise from there. Wonderful food! So many options to chose from. Brian and Dania at the roof top pool were amazing! Remembered our drinks and always happy to help out with any request. View from upstairs restaurants is fantastic.

Ac was not working on our last stay night , streamer was old and not working , same repeated menu on buffet resturants , pool side was good, staff gets overwhelmed when ask to give more serving at the taco bars , option were ran out before closing time . Birthday slash was not placed even reminded multiple time.

A beautiful resort!
Amazing food at every restaurant! Very kind and attentive staff. The beach was clean and I enjoyed the hammocks in the water. Due to the layout of the resort the pool area feels small, but there was plenty of open seating when we went in January. Every room has an ocean view that was beautiful. I also loved the roof top pool option! As someone who is 6 months pregnant, I liked that the resort is pretty compact and walking from the room to the beach, pool or restaurants didn't feel too exhausting.
