Highly recommend Breathless. The room was beautiful, loved the shower and bed was comfortable...loved the pillows. The staff was super friendly. The variety of foods at the restaurants and buffet were immense and tasty. The beach was a bit packed with people not staying at the hotel which was disappointing, but overall a great experience.

We Said I Do Again
My husband and I celebrated our 15th anniversary at this resort. We renewed our vows and everything was perfect. The high level started with email communications in February, until we left the resort. Mitzy and Daryl planned our perfect vow renewal from a room upgrade to the special dinner on the roof top. Bryce was fantastic and very knowledgeable when checking us into the resort. We want to thank Ricardo who brought up our bags, David and Samantha who were awesome with our Spanish lessons. All of the wait staff were pleasant, friendly and fun to chat with. The ocean front room and the Xhale Club lounge was fantastic. The food and drinks were amazing. Every meal was great. We will certainly return.

An Amazing Resort with Amazing Staff!
Spent 7 days at the Breathless Cancun Soul resort & loved every minute of it. I was there as part of a group of 7 women to celebrate milestone birthdays. There are lots of opportunities to upgrade at the resort, especially with the xhale upgrade, but we did not pay for any additional upgrades, and certainly don't feel like we missed out. The beach front pool has a very relaxed atmosphere, as does the beach itself (which is a public beach). The rooftop pool on the second level has more energy, with a DJ playing music all day. Although there were 7 of us, we never had an issue with securing beds after breakfast. Guests who place towels on beds & leave for hours will have their towels removed, which is helpful, and the staff are very much on top of this. The breakfast & lunch buffet was delicious, with ample selections of food. There is no buffet for dinner, only the onsite restaurants (the French restaurant was our favourite, with Silk City being a close second). There can be wait times for some of the restaurants, especially for us being a party of 7, but we just put our names down, went to the lobby for cocktails, and returned to the restaurant at the advised time. The lobby bar is amazing - lots of choices. There is also a coffee bar with a great selection of coffees, desserts & sandwiches. The resort itself is spotlessly clean, as are the rooms. The beds are very comfortable, with extra blankets & pillows provided. Robes & slippers are also provided. Pools & poolside bars close down between 5-6pm, with nightly entertainment from 7-11pm. The nightclub is open from 11pm-1am. I would say that the nightclub is the only negative thing about this resort. It's very small, dark & has a terrible smell. Dry ice is released every night, which might have something to do with the smell. The club is stuffy with no windows, so smells will linger. The staff at this resort are amazing - very kind & attentive. You know the staff are great when you return home with a list of names to call out: - Arturo at the concierge desk - Leo & Carla at the coffee bar - Josue as the pool concierge - Francisco & Mercedes as the pool servers - Alondra & Dulce as the pool bartenders - Daniel, Jenner & Angel at the Spoon/Silk City restaurants All in all, an amazing stay. Would not hesitate to return.

Had an amazing experience!
Enjoyed my birthday vacation at Breathless Cancun Soul Resort & Spa. Fun activities throughout the day. The evening events were amazing as well. Beach front hotel. Inclusive food and drinks were the best. Staff were so nice. I plan on going back.

Wonderful getaway
An overall amazing experience. The buffet food, both options and quality were excellent (better than specialty restaurants). The staff at the buffet were also perfect, special shout out to Rafael and Monica. Pools, drinks and rooms were also really good.
